Check your bank statements. This review has absolutely nothing to do with the food, I’ve been to the other locations and the food is always really good. My issue and the purpose of this review has to do with our server giving himself an extra dollar on his tip. We came here on Monday February 1st at around 6:30pm, ordered a chicken florentine, a beer and a margarita. Our server,(I will omit his name) was nice, he was not rude by any means. Everything was good, we split the check, tipped him 20% and went home. The next day I noticed the total in my bank statement seemed higher than normal so I thought perhaps he had switched the tips for my fiancé and I, but a quick call to my fiancé assures me that his tip was correct however mine was over tipped. Fast forward to today,(Sunday), we spoke to the manager, Juan, and all he did was give us a $ 5 voucher for next time and a free appetizer card. Thanks for the«discounts» but we won’t be coming back to an establishment that steals money from their clients. I think we should have been reimbursed for our meal, and the server that added an extra tip to our check(that was already 20%) should have apologized. Picasso’s, «Dallas best!» What a joke, how sad. Check your bank statements!

I have given Picasso’s every opportunity here before I came to Unilocal to air my grief. I suffer from two afflictions: I need gluten free crust pizza and I love avocados. Which is how I started my love affair with Picasso’s…a friend recommended their pizza for our game night and I immediately fell in love with their B.A.T. Such is my love for this pizza I have ordered it time and time again. DESPITEITALL. And the first time, my virginal experience, was the only, THEONEANDONLY time it was right. Every single stinking time I’ve ordered this damn thing it’s come with no avocados. I have even tried to switch it up and ordered a different variety of toppings instead of the B.A.T., which included avocados, only to STILL not receive them. I have had to get the delivery boy to go back to fetch them, or I have had to call to just give up and get the manager to reimburse me for the missing topping. EVERY. TIME. Finally, last time I ordered, a newer manager spoke to me and offered me a credit for the obvious heartache of my constantly missing avocados. Which I cashed in today. And I ordered the B.A.T. And I told the girl that took my order to please remind them to not freaking forget them. And here I am, YETAGAIN with a pizza delivered completely avocado-less. I officially give up, Picasso’s. I guess I will just order elsewhere and go buy avocados and put them on my pizza my damn self.

I had a groupon for this place. We went after work during the week. We ordered the Chicago style pizza. The pizza came out cold and wasn’t good at all. The cheese wasn’t melted all the way. The waitstaff was friendly. I definitely won’t come back.

I tried this for the first time last week, my work place catered the food. I was surprised at the fast service and prep time. I called in and ordered for about 6 ppl, and they had it ready in 15 minutes! Also, they were very professional and double checked the order when I came to pick it up. I didn’t have to ask for napkins or any utensils l bc they were already in the bag. As for food quality, I was satisfied. I had the lunch calzone combo — it comes with a side salad. It was a good portion for the price, and I had no complaints about the meal. It wasn’t amazing or mind blowing in taste, but it was a solid meal. I wouldn’t mind stopping by here again — especially for the lunch deals.

Welllllll I ordered $ 40 worth of food for myself before tip. One pizza and a small pasta dish… Over priced yes. Flavor on pizza above average but but not price worthy. My pasta recommended was firecracker shrimp. I understand by the name it’s probably one of the spicier dishes here but my god this is no joke… I mean I get atomic sauce at wing places, level 4 – 5 at Thai places but this thing is like whoa Nelly… Maybe I should have checked ingredients for ghost peppers or something but good flavor but tomorrow morning I have fear for what’s to come and I can’t feel my mouth right now That’s my two cents

Very overpriced for food that’s mediocre. Had pizza, got nickeled-and-dimed for changes. Got charged full price for topping only on half of pizza. Dessert(brownie) was $ 8 for a 4“x4″ brownie. When I commented on high price, they said, «But it comes with ice cream.» Go somewhere else!

I love this place. The food is great and they do not get my order incorrect. I’ve received a call when they discover they are out of something, such as 2L bottles of a soda I ordered, to ask if I’d like something else. It is good value for the price and I am a fan. Delivery favorite.

The first thing i noticed was how the place had an odd bathroom-y odor when we arrived. Thay should have been our first clue. Slow and inattentive service, which was surprising since we were the only ones there at 8:30. Messed up the drink order and the food was GROSS. I’ve never had an Italian dish with so little flavor. I ordered the chicken bow tie pasta, which had overcooked noodles and was bland yet also very acidic and unappealing. I’m baffled by how low the food quality was and I’m not likely to return.

I recently posted a very aggravated review after which I decided to call the manager and give them a second chance that manager was very nice and told me I could come in and get something else on him I got the same order basically only change is I got the calzone crust this time it is excellent I’m going to go ahead and just say everyone makes mistakes I would defiantly recommend them now. The second pizza was delicious very cheesy, I love the calzone crust and the pesto sauce was tasty!

I tried to order food using grub hub but for some reason it wouldn’t accept my card. Called the restaurant and was put on hold. Finally placed my order and it took about 50 mins to receive my order, which was ok because I knew it was dinner. Ate my food then about an hour later I was so sick. I was up until 3 am vomiting. Would not eat at this restaurant again.

I used to be a frequent delivery customer but their kitchen has taken a down turn. Orders being made incorrectly, food undercooked… etc. Management is normally receptive and try to «make it right» by offering credit but credit towards a poor quality product isn’t worth much. Hope they can turn things around at this location but I won’t be back.

One word to describe this place: Expensive. My husband and I both ordered a small ZA. $ 16 each! Now, as stated before, I am a pizza fiend, but $ 16 for a small pizza. I could not believe that we were actually going through with the purchase. I ordered the Steak & Gorgonzola and my husband ordered the Black Bean Tortilla Supreme Pizza. Sadly, they both we super GOOD! Flavor was on point. But again, I just can’t get over the price for a small pizza.(6slices each) Granted, I have left overs(One probably wouldn’t have been enough for him to share with me), yet AGAIN, I just can’t see myself going back to pay that much for ZA. Best part of the experience was ½ price bottle of wine. Got a bottle of Pinot Noir for $ 14. Good tasting pizza, nice menu of drinks, just too pricy. I probably won’t be back… And that’s a Shame!

Ordered some pizzas that showed up about 90 minutes late. My first call to the manager, he promised me that the pizza would be there in 20 minutes if he had to deliver them himself. 45 minutes later I had to call him back because the pizza still wasn’t there. We gave them a chance to make things right, and they screwed it up. You would think when you’re an office that orders a bunch of pizzas, they would want to keep you happy. Will never be giving these clowns our business again.

This was a clutch pizza place when they just made pizza. Now they’ve expanded their menu and it’s too much for them to handle. I’ve ordered pizza, calzone, and most of their sides and it’s ok. Used to be great.

We ordered delivery from them. Fried mushrooms, BBQ brisket sliders and BBQ brisket quesadilla. This was a nice change from our go-to delivery restaurants. The delivery guy was extremely friendly. The fried mushrooms were good and I liked the crispy tortilla on the quesadilla. I was torn between giving them a 2 or 3(I really wish I could do half stars). But the reason why I’m giving two is because the BBQ brisket is way too salty. I don’t normally complain about things being salty. They put too much BBQ sauce and I think that’s where the saltiness is coming from. I would order from them but I would try something that doesn’t have BBQ sauce.

Delivery took an hour and a half on a Sunday, mid-afternoon order. They originally quoted us a 50 minute delivery time which was already long but then when we called after 70 minutes they told us they didn’t have a driver and didn’t know when they would have someone to bring our order. They’re also had to call us back with our total because their computers were down. Hope they get their act together. Only reason I gave it two stars was that the quesadilla was good but didn’t come with any sour cream or salsa. Baked ziti was cold and bland. The medium spice wings had little spice. Pretty much a fail.

I have such a love hate relationship with Picasso’s. I want to love them, because when they are good, they are *good*, but when they’re bad. agghh they’re so bad. Its so back and forth that I continue to order delivery but I’ve had three credits added to my account for issues. Maybe I like to order from them because I feel like I’m gambling, its a roll of the dice what we are going to get. and if its not good, chances are ill get my next meal free. But seriously, if you want to try them out, dine in. you will probably have a nice time with some great food. Dining in is much better. The atmosphere is nice, the staff is pleasant. and the times I have eaten there the food was great and i had a very nice time. ***i’ll also add in that they don’t really have anything for vegans, my best friend is and the only thing she could eat at my birthday dinner was chips and guacamole, unless you want a gluten free cheeseless pizza. but they have decent selection for vegetarians, as they offer veggie burgers, have a couple pasta entries, apps, pizzas and even the southwestern quesadilla.*** Back to why I have such a love hate relationship with these guys… They deliver and they have such a varied menu its great., which is another reason why I always consider them as us lazy people love large selections with minimal effort. But sometimes, it takes up to 90 minutes to get food delivered, at which times it may or may not be under or over cooked, and the food already cold and chewy as it took the driver 20+ minutes to get to you. I am not sure if maybe one chef is just amazing and another is awful or what. but goodness. For example the southwestern quesadilla. We ordered one, it was amazing, then the next week we ordered it again and it was undercooked and they stuffed it so much it looked like it was just puking beans out all sides when they cut it. I will say I absolutely love their meat sauce for spaghetti and the bolognese! Some places the sauce is kind of bitter. but not them. They do that and the pizzas right every time! So if you don’t feel like driving to winstar, go to Picasso’s. :P

Note: This review is based off delivery only We placed our order online to avoid the confusion of calling someone and having them screw it up. We placed our order and it said we would receive our food in 50 minutes. It took about an hour and twenty by the time we actually got our food. The driver came to the door and handed us our food and went to walk away. We stopped him and asked for our receipt. He looked at us like we were crazy, pulled a piece of paper out of his pocket and said«you want this one?» Umm yes if it’s ours. It was so we took it and he went on his way. We opened our pizza’s and they were cold. I hate that we ordered something and have to heat it up once we get it. I would expect them to bring it to us at least a little warm. One of our pizza’s was overly burnt so reheating it only made it harder and more difficult to chew. Overall I’ll probably never order delivery from here again.

Picasso’s is one of my favorite pizza restaurants! I love the interior, just so modern and beautiful. Make sure to order the stuffed crust, it’s delicious and you can choose any topping you want in it. Pretty cool deal! And if you are a pizza lover like myself you will appreciate the super fresh ingredients they use. The pizza is definitely a little pricey but worth it, because it’s great… every time! I also love their speciality drinks with all the fruit and the margaritas are great! I am a huge Picasso’s fan! Try it, you’ll love it!
