Just leaving Visionworks to get my glasses adjusted and to address the protective coating that appears to be coming off. I bought them last year but only wear them no more than 2 days a week. I paid almost $ 700 for them and now they want to charge another $ 300 to replace the lenses. The manager insinuated that it was my fault. Horrible customer service. Go some place else besides Visionworks.

I purchased my glasses here due to the large selection they have. I visited other eye-wear stores and didn’t find the trendy frames good for my strong prescription. I just need some basic frames with moderate price. I revisited due to the adjustment of the nose pieces. The store manager was attentive and took care of the request right a way. He also offered other solutions if the nose pieces continue to bother me. I would recommend others to consider their selection of frames.

Not a very good location. Went in to get my glasses fixed and the woman who helped me had a young man take my glasses to the back and brought my glasses back dirty and without my lens. I had to remind him was he was supposed to be doing and he still didn’t do the job correctly.

Stepped on glasses this morning and took to nearest Vision Work place to get lens put back in and some minor frame damage straightened out. The guy that tried it was an idiot and put lens back in not correctly, did not even straighten frame a little.(I could have done better myself with some pliers). Handed me the glasses not even cleaned or usable. Cant speak for whole store but the guy that worked on my glasses needs more training.
