Love this place! The kolaches and donuts taste great and the fact that they have a drive-through makes everything so convenient in the mornings. The staff is always nice and welcoming. This is my go to for quick breakfast.

Don’t believe the hype!!! Dirty little place and the lady was kinda pushy and rude… Parking is a pain. I think they have. Drive through but not sure. Prices are cheap though.

This is exactly what I needed this morning! Some delicious donuts for a delicious price. I’m usually trying to buy some specialty donuts that cost way too much. I got 3 huge cinnamon rolls, and a beautifully fried apple fritter for $ 4.32. I just so happened to have $ 5 in my wallet!!! I treated my close coworkers to a cheat breakfast. Only one thing I would like for USA Donuts to do. Please add more cinnamon to the rolls. They tasted more glazed donut than a cinnamon roll.

Most donut shops don’t keep baking after they fill the glass/backup racks. These guys do; they want your business, and their pastries are very yummy… nothing fancy here, just good old fashioned yummy donuts.

The donuts were full oil on both sides! I’ll be having a stomach ache for the next 3 days :(it was a complete waste! The last time I was here they had completely different prices! But I guess different people give out different prices right !!!

As a certified donut snob I have to say that this place is really good. Apple fritters and custard filled rock. That is all!

A very solid donut shop choice. The kolaches are great, and they have jalapeño cheddar in addition to the standard sausage and with cheese. The shop looks a little rough, tucked away in a seemingly undesirable area, but don’t judge this book by its cover. This place is worth the stop. I ordered the donut holes and a kolache. The donuts are a great ratio of sweet and fluffy, not overly coated like a krispy kreme. They heat the kolaches up for you(standard). And my order was under $ 3.

Nice little spot but don’t come until at least 6 – 7 am. I came at 5 am and they had no good donuts. They just had the basic ones you can get at 7 – 11 down the street. They were fresh though and the owners were very nice. I’ll have to come back a little later next time. I’m sure they were just preparing the good ones in the back

I’ve been here twice. The first time I didn’t know about the ham and cheese croissants, so I got donut holes and a kolache. The second time I asked about the croissants and unfortunately they were sold out, so I got a kolache and a glazed donut. Trust me, I’m not mad about them running out of the croissants, the donuts are delicious– nice a fluffy but not overly sweet, and the kolaches are good too. I’ll just keep coming back, I’ll get lucky one day and be able to try the ham and cheese croissants.

First off, the donuts get five stars… they’re fresh and yeasty and melt in your mouth delicious and the apple fritter is the best I’ve had, it’s soft inside and a little crisp outside with great apple chunks inside, love it! My issue comes with the fact that about half a dozen times I’ve gone in at different points in the morning and they don’t have what I’d like… sometimes apple fritter, or lemon filled, other times they’ve only had regular glazed. It’s frustrating. If they could fix this issue I’d give em 5 stars!

We decided we wanted donuts this morning and this was one of the closest places to the Belmont apts. Takes about 5 minutes to get there from Bennett and Belmont. We arrived around 10:30 and looks like their supply was on the lower side being so late in the morning. We got an assortment of donuts including cinnamon rolls, chocolate, glazed and a couple of their regular kolaches. Everything was mediocre and average. It wasn’t for the convenience factor, we would have not gone. We look forward to trying a new spot like Glazed in the future.

Ham and Cheese, Ham and Cheese! Love their yummy ham and cheese croissants. They are buttery, fluffy, and filled with gooey cheese and yummy ham. The h & c croissants are big. These run out fast. The glazed and chocolate covered donuts are fluffy and so good. They taste very good. They didn’t have this artificial after taste like some donut chains. Their glazed donuts are perfectly glazed. If you visit on a Saturday morning, good luck because you will encounter a long line. Fortunately, the workers are friendly and quick. There is a drive thru, but ordering inside is so fun. You meet some donut fans who understand the importance of supporting non-chain donut shops. Very affordable!

Best apple fritter ever. Crispy and not too doughy like a lot of fritters. Really great donut holes too!

I went here for the first time last week and it was a nice trip. I stopped in to pick up some morning meeting goodies at the last minute. I am pretty health conscious so I am not a big donut go-er. nevertheless, I only had a few minutes and this was the best option. Yea for the drive thru window. The lady was very nice and patient with me. I ended up paying about $ 30 for 633oz waters, six 10/12oz OJs, 5 ham n cheese croissants, 5 pigs and a blanket and about ½ dozen old fashioned donut varieties. She threw in a bag of donut holes. All in all it was a nice experience. I’d go back if I felt the inner desire for donuts. They accept credit/debit cards which is a plus for me. Some shops are still cash only.

Great donuts for a good price! The glazed donuts and cinnamon rolls are delicious. The donuts are light and airy, not overly sweet, just right.

I was instructed to get a dozen glazed donuts for work and USA Donuts was one of the nearest donut shops near Deep Ellum. I arrived at a really old sketchy free standing building with a drive thru. I went in to the shop; noticed the drinks were behind the counter and the shop is run by an older gentlemen. He was nice. I also picked up a glazed donut and a cinnamon roll for myself. Both are very tasty. The glazed donuts are super fluffy, the glaze was perfect; not too hard and still creamy. Definitely check them out.

I’m on the fence about reviewing this place… I want them to stay around forever so please, go there and help keep East Dallas in delicious baked breakfast yummies. But please, don’t go before me and get the last of the ham & cheese croissants. Once you have one, there’s no turning back. Just call your trainer, book the extra sessions and be done with it. So. Freaking. Amazing. Also amazing, their drive through window. It’s perfect for when you need cheesy, meat-filled carby goodness but really aren’t ready for actually seeing, or being seen by, other humans. You know, like, oh, I don’t know, Saturday and Sunday mornings. The staff is great. The sausage kolaches are great. The jalapeño version will most certainly put a little pep in your step, so be ready. They have mini and large sausage kolaches(aka pigs-in-a-blanket) and they’ll even heat them up for you. Because everyone knows calories consumed in your car, well, those just don’t count.

If my boyfriend were writing this review he’d probably give it 10 stars(he’d make it possible!). He swears by their glazed donuts saying and I quote«they make the best damn glazed donuts in Dallas». We get into little tiffs about trying a new donut place, but I always let him have his way and needless to say we end up at USA Donuts. I really like their donuts too, but being that I have a life long favorite place I like to go, I just couldn’t give them the extra star! Get there early because they will sell out in your favorite donuts. I’d say you should probably there as soon as possible. If you like to sleep in on the weekends you might as well forget about it and go elsewhere because the disappointment of driving there and finding out they are out of most donuts is quite the bummer and you definitely don’t want to start your day out on that note!

I like Rachel B’s review. «U-S-A! U-S-A!» My only hang up with USA donuts is last time I was in there they had sold out of the cake donuts which I guess the good side is that it shows that they make all their dounts fresh. They recommended I get a buttercream donut as a substitution. I thought it was good but not the same. USA is a good cheap dount place.

I love donuts, but I rarely ever go to a donut shop. One reason is because I’m not usually awake in time. The other reason is me going to a place that specializes in donuts is like a crackhead going to a crack store. Srsly. Today I had the task of getting donuts for work, so I was focused on 6 glazed and 6 chocolate. I didn’t even look around to see other options, but there really didn’t look like many. I’m kind of bummed I didn’t notice the pigs in a blanket. Those sound yumms. Anyway, I thought the donuts were a’ight. I mean donuts can never really be bad, right, but I’m sure we have all had those hot out of the oven donuts that melt in your mouth. That’s what I’m talking about. For $ 6, though, not bad. I also noticed they have a drive-thru. That’s nice if I ever get stuck on donut duty again.
