Grant is fantastic! I am moving to Dallas area within a short time. However I would not be able to be there for on-​site apartment seeking since I am currently oversea. Grant made the seeking process extremely easy by recommending apartments based on my situation and comparing apartments based on my requests. He replied quickly and was very responsible. Grant Bynum is an expert at finding apartments in the Uptown Dallas area. If you’re a college student or professional moving to Dallas, I recommend Grant hands down. The gist of my review is that Grant helped me go from trying to decide between 4+ apartments to submitting/​being accepted for an apartment in 2 days.
I was first introduced to Grant through the recruiting manager at the company that I’m moving to Dallas to work for. I knew nothing about apartments or Dallas. This was my first time trying to secure an apartment because I’ve been a resident assistant in college. I had a lot of questions and a lot of concerns. But Grant was extremely patient with me. Whenever I emailed him, he replied within 24 hours.
Without visiting Dallas, it was hard for me to decide on an apartment. Grant made it so much easier. I filled out a survey so that Grant understood ahead of time what price range, locations, and priorities I had. Then, we scheduled a visual walkthrough where Grant explained the different areas and apartments. For me, my priorities were security, accessibility to work and groceries, and price. Grant helped factor in all of my priorities to make sure the apartment and areas that we were looking at would check off all the things that were important to me.

Grant’s system also sent me daily emails of apartments that were available. Thus, I was made aware each day of what the apartment prices were, what Grant’s ratings of those apartments were, and where they were located. Each of the apartments that were emailed to me were available, relevant, and accurate and thus, I had access to 60+ listings of apartments that were available the day of without even having to make any calls or send any emails.
I was consistently impressed at how proactive he was in reaching out to me. Grant first contacted me in late November. I filled out the survey and completed a quick virtual walkthrough. I was busy with finals and school projects and even then Grant emailed me regularly to check in on how I was doing, what questions I had, and any other apartments news. When I was finally ready to give my full attention to finding apartments in late May, Grant helped me go from trying to decide between 4 apartments to having applied for and been accepted to a great apartment in 2 days.

I’ve moved around the world, 54 moves to be exact, and I have never had the ease of transition, professional service, and friendly advice like this before. He helped us narrow down our focus based on our likes and dislikes, steered us away from some bad fits and got us focused on some great properties all of high quality and great amenities! He keeps you updated as availabilities change and provides great pluses and minuses for each one. Ultimately, once we signed the lease he immediately provides concierge service for utilities and other move in requirements that makes it very easy to basically show up ready to enjoy our new residence.
