I never contacted DFW Urban Realty. They contacted me after they must have been notified by one of my online searches for houses to rent. Great! The more help the merrier. A day later, Beatrice Due from DFW Urban Realty, contacted me. She sent me many apartment listings in my price range. I informed her, that even though I appreciated the information, I was looking for a house or condo to rent, not an apartment. She said she had access to all properties so she would look into it. More than a week later I never heard back from her. I sent her a message and still no response. Very unprofessional. I wasn’t the one that contacted her for help in the first place. I would think twice about contacting this company. If they don’t like your what you are looking for, clearly they just drop you without any notice or contact.

I was blessed to have met multiple agents from this office as well as the owner and let me say… These people seriously know their real estate. I have worked with multiple brokers in the area and I must say they have to be one of my favorites. All of the agents are so friends and treat you more like family than just another client. The connection that they gain between their agents and clients is unexplainable. I can’t wait to do another transaction with these awesome agents!!! GO DFW URBAN REALTY!!!
