U S Cleaners

This is my go-​to dry cleaning spot. They do a great job and are always willing to get my things done in the time frame I’m looking for. They have cleaned everything from a fancy party dress to my couch slip covers and were even able to get a «mystery» stain out of a nice white dress shirt.
I don’t do a lot of dry cleaning but my parents do here and they love the services as well. The girls at the desk are usually pretty friendly and do their best to help out if I need a rush job. Yes I’m the one who needs that pair of pants like yesterday and they always make it happen.
I haven’t had any issues with them losing or messing anything up. I’ll be back for sure!

I went here a couple of times and liked their prices and services. The last time I went there I picked up my clothes and my coupon had not been applied. I asked about it and the person told me they only accept coupons upon PICKUP and to go to my car and get mine if I had one. Well, I didn’t because I had given it to the person in the morning.
The price was less than $ 5 difference and the clerk would not make the adjustment. She said she couldn’t get in the system to make a change — but wait — didn’t she just say if I got my coupon out she could give me that price? She was NOT going to give me the proper price, so I had to leave and I will never go back.
I was beginning to take my clothes and the others in my office the same thing, but now they lost all of our business over their clerk’s rudeness. I know they take coupons when you drop off clothing, not pick up so don’t really know why she was so rude to me… Life is too short to deal with rude clerks when you are a good customer.

I’ve been taking my clothes here for over a year, mainly because I didn’t know where else to go. They did an average job up until recently when I have had to take several items back for «re-​do». Sweaters and pants are wrinkled. A white dress for my daughter had dry cleaning fluid stains on it. The staff are not very friendly and the prices are high for the quality I received. I will not be going back.

Never again. Plain Horrible for service and prices.
