True Value Home Inspections

My realtor contacted Carey to have a home we recently made an offer on inspected. He was able to fit in the inspection the same day (which was very important as I was flying out the next day).
My impression was that he was extremely thorough, and very knowledgeable. His fee was $ 350 and he offered pest inspection as well for an additional $ 65. I believe those fees differ based on the size of the home (as that’s the main determinant for how long it will take). As a reference, the house we had inspected was ~2500 sqft.
I know there are other inspectors out there which are cheaper, but in my opinion Carey was more than worth it. To top it all off, he finished the inspection and left the house at 7pm and I had the report in my inbox by 7:30am the next morning.
