The clothes are beautiful, but the customer service sucks. I walked into this location(which was not busy at the time), and received no greeting what so ever. About 5 minutes after my arrival another customer walked in and was immediately recognized, not cool guys! I made eye contact with the sells person who then asked«are u doing ok»? I answered, and left the store. I will not spend my money at a shop that make their preference of customers so obvious. I will not go back to this location.

Very nice place. I love Tommy Bahama clothes, but can’t really afford them. I like to look though! Lily was super friendly and not pushy at all. I’ve noticed lately that the uptown shops are getting more and more friendly… and I like that. I use to hate going to uptown because they were… on the average very snooty people working at the shops. I don’t mind snooty people… cause I ignore them… but snooty employees… nah, I don’t roll that way. But the 3 shops we visited today had great customer service. It’s a nice change from the old days! And as usual, really nice clothes perfectly displayed.

My dad loves hawaiian shirts. I personally don’t get why he thinks they’re awesome, but he’s a casual kind of guy. So when he has a birthday come up my first go-to store is Tommy Bahama. And instead of hawaiian shirts, I often opt for something less tacky… like a nice pullover. It usually takes me a few minutes to find something I think would look great on him, but the staff is always really sweet and helpful. Things are always hung on the hangers nice and tidy, it’s rarely busy and it always smells really nice inside! I dig some of their women’s clothes too. I usually find a sundress or a nice pair of linen pants that I have to gift myself with. Their selection of tops, bottoms and swim wear is limited though — their clear target demo is men. They also offer complimentary gift wrapping in their own branded packaging. While it’s not the fastest service in the world, it’s free and they do a pretty great job. Saves me the hassle!
