too many passengers, too few vans, even at 2345 hrs on a Monday night. ps2 van was there, left, returned before ps1 showed, best parking shuttle there, left, returned before ps1 van showed. many passengers left curbside on a warm muggy night. paid for a full detail. amazing how anyone could be close to proud of the job done, or in reality not done, on that one. residual debris interior, seems more like a vacuum swipe instead of a applied vac, dash and upholstery detail questionable, streaks on chrome many diff areas on trim, trunk and bumper many spots and streaks, interior windshield residual spots, residual dirt on front hood trim, all in all a sad application of the word detail. water upon exit most grateful as our thirst was exaggerated waiting the pick up from the terminal. drivers courteous and as helpful as they could be, gentleman upon entry very helpful and courteous and attentive to the standard of customer service. he was about the only bright spot this experience. to be fair I did use a coupon found on the website, grateful having a reservation format to facilitate the process, and I’ve written in their comment or contact us my gripes, done just today, waiting response. but what we went through unacceptable by and large especially since their oversights evidently a regular pattern. I’ve used the dfw south site, 2014, very good experience there.
updating my experience: I’ve received apology and have been refunded my detail charges. I accept with gratitude their concern, more for the inconvenience to passengers, certainly for what I paid for that wasn’t done. kudos to mgt for their follow up to my complaint which was and is well founded to the circumstances at the time. thank you again to parking spot

Courteous gentleman at checkout booth, super fast and easy in and out, plus they give you an ice cold water bottle when you leave — I’m sold! Spot club membership card eliminates needing to worry about tickets and everything is automated in an easy to use website — sold again!

This was my first time using parking spot. I did reserve a space the day before. When I arrived to the parking lot, they told me what rows were available to park in. Immediately after parking, there was a bus waiting to take people to the terminal. Hopped on and was at the airport in time to catch my flight. When I returned, it took around 2 or 3 mins for a shuttle bus to arrive to take me back to their parking lot. It was a great experience, very timely and very nice people that work there. Highly recommend.

It’s easy to use, it’s convenient, it’s a money safer & the customer service is great. I like being able to reserve a spot. It takes the worry out of finding a place to park.

The drivers and the booth personnel are always professional and polite. The Spotclub card with link to a credit card makes the reservation, parking, and checkout very easy. It is far less expensive than the Love Field parking garage.

I’ve been using Parking Spot for three years now. Service used to be prompt and corteous. Now days, it’s still corteous but not near enough buses. They could easily put 3 more buses in rotation and barely cover the workload. I’m writing this review while standing here waiting. Two buses have came and still haven’t got on. In the meantime FOUR Best Parking buses have came and gone… next trip I will reconsider my decision for parking.

What a hassle these guys can be… left my car for 5 days, I prepaid for a car wash,
it rained so they could not wash, but could not give a credit back until i talked to «Elvis» the manager. I have called 3 times and cannot get a hold of Elvis.

Reserved online for a 7 day stay and paid for full car wash in advance. Shuttle was fine particularly from the lot to the airport. Airport back to lot was very difficult to accomplish due to poor signage but this is likely an airport issue.
Returned to vehicle to find no wash had been done, despite the prepayment and discussion at drop-​off. No real explanation was given, other than they just didn’t get around to it. They said they would refund by prepayment in a few days, but not on the spot. Not very good service in this regard, however the parking itself was fine I guess.
This is my only experience with this parking facility since I do not live locally. However my one encounter with a key thing I wanted, the car wash, they failed.
Update 3÷28÷2016: the car wash not provided was promptly refunded to my credit card.

I fly out of Love Field on a weekly basis and I use the Parking Spot 100% of the time. They are quick and efficient getting you in and out. They pick you up at your car and drop you off at the terminal. I strongly recommend them.

Quick and efficient with reasonable rates. Gave me a hand with a flat tire while I was out of town.

I always park at Parking Spot at Love and save the hassle of parking that has become ubiquitous since SWA has increased flights so much. Before Christmas I heard how terminal parking was full, but I had a reservation for covered parking-​so now worries with the Parking Spot. Reservations for Spot Club means I always have a space waiting with a shuttle to take me to the terminal. My last pleasure trip last Fall to New England was FREE because I had points from all my work trips.
Parking spot is faster at Love than parking at the terminal. Less lugging your bags, too! I tell everyone to try it. Only issue was when I used to drive a full-​sized truck. Spots are a little tight. My Kia fits great, now.
Be sure to tip your driver. He/​she is working hard to make your experience better. They really appreciate it.

Already wrote a review for the Love Field Parking Spot back in 2012, but just wanted to reiterate that even 3+ years later — I still feel the same FIVE star review! There is no other way to park than using The Parking Spot — safe, reliable, friendly, give you water at checkout and lots of available discounts through their membership loyalty card. I did book the reservation to park with The Parking Spot over this past holiday and was impressed with the hold on the reservation and ease of use. Thank you Parking Spot!!!

Driver Eric really cool. Asked if I had all my stuff. I did have to walk to the bus a ways but weather nice so it was fine.

Used this parking spot twice now and have had zero problems. Easy, simple, reasonable. Wish I had a coupon though. Shuttles are frequent and fast. Would use again.

I didn’t die. That’s why they get 2 stars. My husband had made a reservation the night before. It took the gatekeeper a while to find it. Not that it mattered. It was a free-​for-​all (at 5:00 am) to get on a shuttle. Most of the good parking shuttles pick you up at your car, so it’s easy and painless. We waited 15 minutes. The shuttle drivers whirled around the lot with very little concern about safety. We finally had to drag all our bags to the main building, then it took a few more shuttles before they had room for us. We barely made it in time to the airport to check in, and we left early. I cannot recommend this place. Very poor organization.

Nice conveniently located parking and ride location on Love Field property. Quick access to terminal. Look for vans that are for Parking Spot 1 — specifically has a «1» on it. (There is another location further away that is Parking Spot 2.)

Okay, so this is all just covered parking now which sucks because honestly, I don’t care either way. Covered or Uncovered. Covered is just more expensive. The parking spots are REALLY close together and instead of letting you park where you want to, they make you park in specific aisles… which is kind of sucky because the very first time we used them, a girl told us one number and then FORGOT to send a bus for us and we had to flag a bus down and BOY was the driver surprised to see us! (It was also raining and cold to top that all off!) The second time we used them, there were NO spots except one where the truck was SOOOOOO close to the line that I swear I did 17 in and outs before actually parking. SO FUN to park around that mess! (I admit, I am probably not the BEST parker but I have NEVER had problems parking at Thrifty or any other Parking Spot locations.)
I have to say the drivers are nice and the drive to the airport is QUICK which is wonderful and they give you a little card to tell you EXACTLY where you are.
I still can’t get over that they absorbed Thrifty parking and jacked up the price $ 1.95-$ 2.95 a day. (That adds up if you are gone a week.) I guess you just have to use the coupon that they ALWAYS have.
All in all, since it is close to the airport and I don’t have to sit in a shuttle forever I am giving it three stars but I still miss Thrifty parking.

My preferred parking spot for my trips outta Dallas Love. Make a reservation online, drive in, they tell you where to park, and shuttle takes you to the terminal. If you sign up to be a Parking Spot Club member they waive the $ 5 reservation fee.
The shuttle driver gives you a card with the location where you parked & instructions on what to do when you get back from your trip. Simple enough. Located on airport grounds making it quick and easy. Yes, you deal with smart@asses here and there, but I ignore them… or just don’t tip them. Reservations are highly recommended as spots fill up quickly… especially on holidays. $ 7.95/day for open air parking. Think covered parking is about a dollar a day higher.
