Purchased some fabric here recently and was helped by an elderly couple who appear to run the place(married?). They were a bit gruff with one another, but couldn’t have been more patient(not a designer or a sewer) or kind to me. I’m having the work done by another source, so I can only comment on the purchasing process. FF has slews of terrific fabrics for drapes, upholstery, bedding, etc., much of it high end and all of it «on trend». They even sell leathers and suedes, every type of cording imaginable(your pillow needs are satisfied), and furnishing and other decorative items off the floor.

beautiful fabrics at this store. fabrics for curtains, table cloths vs fleece blankets. that was what brought me in so i walked around for a little bit to see what they had. a gentleman asked me if i needed anything so that’s why this place got 4 stars. btw i saw fabric for almost $ 400 a yd. a tad pricey for me.

Fabric Factory has a great selection of beautiful fabrics, but their customer service is among the worst I’ve ever experienced. I was told my order would take 8 weeks. It took 12. Not once during this time did they reach out to me to let me know what was going on. They don’t return phone messages either. The only way you get the info you’re after is if the person you’re trying to reach happens to answer the phone. They even messed up the installation. It was hung off center and not level — both kind of important for window treatments. Of course they have a laundry list of excuses — my order took longer because of the holidays, they don’t return phone messages because they’re «an old fashioned business»(I don’t even know what that’s supposed to mean?) and my cornice and shade were hung crooked because of my wall. Seriously?!? When I did voice my complaints, they told me they couldn’t do anything to make it right. Wrong — they could, they just aren’t. I will take future business anywhere but Fabric Factory.
