I lived here almost 2 years, I wouldn’t have stayed longer. The new Management change has been terrible. Last month, I went to the office to pay my rent on Dec 31, because they will be closed on New Year, and I don’t wanna pay late, by the time I was there it was 9.15 am but nobody there(office hours from 9am– 6pm) and not just only one time. On Saturday they open at 10am– close at 6pm but I have to work at 9am and Sunday they I have to pay rent on Monday and they charged me $ 50 dollars for the late fee. i called them I told them but the lady said No No we can’t waste the fee while I don’t even ask about that. i suggested why don’t you hang the box on the front of the office so people can drop off. She said No we don’t do that, you can pay online. But for me, it’s ridiculous when you pay online you have to pay extra $ 25.and the way she talk, it’s not nice at all… Can’t wait to move out here soon and definitely, won’t never recommend this complex.

All I have to say is management change has been terrible! The new property manager Kathleen is very unhelpful! Definitely no longer can recommend this complex.

Management and leasing office can be hard to deal with at times, and sometimes people don’t really seem to know what’s going on. Parking is always a bit of a struggle. Have had some issues with theft in the complex, but that’s the big city for you. Other than that the apartments are very nice and for a very reasonable rent. Bathrooms are quite nice, spacious closets and nice new washer and dryers.

I’ve been living here for a year and half, and I must say I love it. I recently re-newed my lease for another year. Pros: Clean grounds, All units have upgraded appliances, Washer & dryer in every unit, Calm people mostly young families and young professionals, few students. Work orders are completed fast. Cons: Limited Parking after 8pm

I lived in this apartment for a year, I would not have stayed longer. I should have backed out at the first sign of trouble but I was coming from out of state and I was in a tight time bind. Before I moved in, they gave me an inaccurate amount due at move in. When I called back with questions they had raised the amount over a hundred dollars. Once moved in, the problems persisted with the front office staff. I had a new credit card and debit card sent to this address, they signed and then kept it for over a month. When I went into the bank to complain, they pulled up the form that showed my apartment had collected and signed for the cards. When I went to collect my cards, they said they had no idea what I was talking about and it wasn’t their responsibility to let me know when a package had arrived. I ordered frozen food to be delivered to my house. I had to reorder it THREE times before I actually received it intact and in a somewhat frozen state from the office after they had signed for it. During the winter season, one evening my electricity went off, it was after office hours. I called my electric company; according to them, electricity was being sent to my apartment. I called both emergency lines for the apartment, neither of which got through to anyone, they both just kept ringing and ringing. The next day when I called, they could give me no explanation for this. I asked them to please fix whatever was going on with my electricity. When I went back at my lunch time, nothing had been done yet. It took them more than two days to get my electricity turned back on, I had to stay elsewhere in this time and move my food to my work fridge. Turns out the box outside had busted and needed to be replaced.

Been living here for 7 months. I like it here. I haven’t seen scavengers or criminals here. I like the designs of the apartments, they are up to date in my opinion. The rent is reasonable. My neighbors are very quiet. My next door neighbor is my coworker. 4 stars because most of the parking is limited and for compact cars and covered parking is 25 to 85 month. People tend to double park their cars because of this. Also, maintenance is super fast and responsive. I have had friends over multiple times and I haven’t noticed issues with being towed. There are community events all the time here with contest to win monetary awards. The only reason I am not renewing is because my job is moving me to another state, otherwise I could’ve stayed. Also another reason for a 4 is because bedrooms don’t come with ceiling fans you have to buy your own … minor inconvenience though… but maintenance will install it for you. Decided to write a review bc this is the first time I am trying to use the Internet to find an apartment in the city that I am relocating to. It’s hard to know if a place is really bad if only bitter residence are writing the reviews which seems to be common on review sites. Granted 7 months isn’t a long time but in my time of being here I have not had a reason to feel like my safety was compromised.
