Unfortunately, people are always getting robbed here; at least every 2 months. You know what would help cut down on the robberies(a security gate that actually remains closed). Or how about the courtesy officer that’s suppose to be on duty. Genius ideas!!! 6÷8÷2016 The business has a recording for maintenance emergencies if the A.C. Is not working after dark and it’s above 80 degrees outside. At the time I made the call for my broken A.C. to be fixed it was 82 degrees outside and 80 degrees in my apartment. That was 2 hrs before receiving a call saying the business no longer conduct that service. I’m not sure why the A.C. Does not work in my apartment or my mom’s apartment. It makes me wonder if it works in any apartment. Anyway, I’ve left several messages with both the maintenance department and the emergency maintenance department. Hopefully, my A.C. Gets fixed tomorrow because it’s horrible trying to do house work with no A.C. The A.C. problem was fixed at around 7 am.

DONOTLIVEHERE!!! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I lived there for 2 years and it was HORRIBLE! First off, don’t expect to have any guests, because there are only a handful of designated visitor parking spaces and if your guests do not park in those spots, they will be PROMPTLY towed. This happened to several of my friends and the management was not remotely interested, even rude, when I complained about it. If the visitor parking is full, well tough luck because you’re gonna have to park in the business complex down the street. Second, if you anticipate having a problem with an appliance or any kind of maintenance issue, just put it in immediately. By the time your oven or dryer actually breaks down a month later, they may be ready to get around to it. Front office staff is rude and useless. Shady community. I felt like I had to keep a .38 in my couch cushion to feel safe living there. They will also find any possible way to write you up. I was on my way out to take out my trash, forgot my phone, and left my trash outside my front door for 5MINUTES and I was issued a citation by the complex for 50 bucks! So between a shady and unsafe community, terrible maintenance and management, and lack of any kind of real visitor parking, this place is basically terrible.

DONOTMOVEHERE! THISIS A HORRIBLEPLACE! They refuse to issue parking sticker when you get a new car, so my sister’s car was towed tonight! They demanded proof her old car was totaled. How is this ANY of their business, the vehicle purchase contract and temporary registration in her name should suffice. The towing company stated that they conveniently have an agreement with the management… sticker on vehicle makes no difference as their old car was towed with a sticker before. Water leak at her window during the heavy rains that could have damaged electronics, took them days to come and fix, they refused to wet vac and carpet is now moldy and I am sure sis will have to pay! Water has been shut off 4 times in the past 6 months WITHOUT notice! Sis had a leak in her ceiling that caused a huge hole and it took 2 days and multiple maintenance visits to fix and she was saddled with a larger water bill without compensation. AC goes down in the dead of summer and all maintenance knows to do is over add Freon. This is no place for a family, much less anyone who wants a decent place to live and management that isn’t SHYSTER.

I thought about renting here but one of their requirements is to have your cat DECLAWED! What a bunch of bullshit. I understand neutering/spaying but declawing a cat? Basically maiming them is a requirement. Why don’t you go ahead and make removing a dog’s teeth also a move-in requirement. Fuck this place and fuck anyone who moves in here with cats and declaws them.

Just barely into my 3rd week… I like it! The people are responsive, yes there is a wait for some things but, given the shear size of the complex; they get to things in a decent time frame. So far about 48 hours was the longest to get someone there initially on something like checking my washer. When I went through my apartment and listed things that needed to be addressed, they were on them within the first week. Washer was working but the cold was slow, as in trickle. yes I am without a washer since like Monday, but I also know being in the service field myself, you have to wait for parts… It should be back today repaired and running after almost 3.5 days. They replaced my fridge after a few days, due to it not working… I have a NEW fridge and it literally is almost too cold… LOL, I set it on low for freezer and it still freezes stuff in about an hour or so. They still need to fix the little scuff/chip in the hall doorway from taking out the old fridge, but they will get to it… it is minor at best. Water Pressure is the SHIZNIT! Great pressure, fast to get the hot water(centralized via boiler). Just wish the City of Dallas had better Filtration and cleaner water… ITISNOTTHEAPARTMENTSFAULT as far as the water smell and taste. I use a Zero-Water filter and went from almost 300 – 350 parts per 1K to 0 Parts per 1K. You can drink the City Service Water, but ummm, I don’t like the chemical smell/taste; again NOTTHEAPARTMENTSFAULT. FYI Bottled Water like Ozarka is still over 90 – 120 Parts per. Neighbors are quiet in my building so far, no loud noise or anything. I barely hear a shower or door close. Plus they are pretty easy on the eyes all around. All in all, I like it, GREAT attention so far to my needs, good water pressure, nice neighbors and a pretty decent apartment all around. Don’t worry, I will update this if they get slacking in their service or I have problems… Blessid Be to all, have a great day!

We have been living here for about three months now. I can say that hands down this is ten times better than our last apartment complex. My husband and I have been really pleased with Patricia and Gabby in the leasing office. Patricia goes above and beyond all the time for us. While we have had son maintenance issues, I love that the maintenance team comes within 24 hours. That kind of service does not happen at all complexes. We feel very lucky to have such a dedicated staff. A good portion of the staff live on property as well. If that doesn’t make you safe and comfortable, I don’t know what does. The LBJ central station and the park and ride are literally in our back yard. I love being able to walk to the station and jump on the DART. Being near 635 and 75 is a definite plus as well. Kroger is right down the street, as well as a variety of restaurant chains: Outback steakhouse(our favorite!), Red Lobster, Olive Garden and Cheddars. Reflections also does a variety of social events for the community. We have Picasso’s Pizza nights where we can pick up a medium pizza for $ 5. They also have had a breakfast at the gate, where they served Einstein’s bagels, donuts and coffee. Pool parties and game nights have happened as well. I can see us staying here for awhile!

This place has a pretty bad rap on . That may all be true, I wouldn’t know because I moved in recently and the building has just changed management. I love this place. My apartment is the cheapest around that I could find for a 1bedroom this nice. I have laundry in the apartment, a trash disposal, a porch, lots of storage, parking, a dishwasher, and access to the complex pool and workout room. It’s fantastic compared to what I had in Chicago, and cheaper. I’m very impressed. The office is a little slow at times with getting back to us, but they’ve been very nice and everything seems to be clean. Update — been here six months now, and I’m still a huge fan. This place rocks.
