Great location, but not very impressed with the staff. Most are students, who are nice and friendly, but there is a lack of coordination of care for patients. If you don’t mind on waiting on your therapist to come in for work, or mind them chatting with their friends before they greet you then this is a good place for treatment. I guess I’m old school, but when I make an appointment with my client’s I honor their time by being on time myself. There are so many options in Dallas for physical therapy and rehab, I don’t know why anyone would choose to go to rehab at a facility that values staff social time more than attentive patient care.
