Nice large Starbucks located at the top of the escalator in terminal E. It’s obviously popular — a winding line area is set up at all times. The baristas got a little confused with ringing up orders but that could be because it was very early when we stopped in. The one thing that doesn’t work so well is the location of the creamer/condiment bar. It’s tucked away off to the side and there’s really only room for one person at a time to squeeze in and prep drinks. See early comment about how busy this Starbucks is… the result is a lot of jostling to grab creamer and sugar.

SLOWEST. STARBUCKS. EVER. Get some staff that knows what they’re doing and can move with a purpose. This is an airport!!! People don’t have 20 mins to wait in the slowest moving line ever. Nor can they wait for the staff to mess up their order because they don’t know what their doing. I order one drink from Starbucks. One. Have been for about 10 years. They made it wrong and tried to argue. Clearly you guys don’t know what you’re doing. Get it together.

Long lines… good service… friendly employees… don’t honor any coupons or rewards. Tea was excellent. The lady was friendly and apologetic about it not being a corporate store

Horrible customer service. Ordered a black tea lemonade with no sweetener on 6÷21÷15 around 7:45 pm. There were three employees working at the time. Two female and one male. Watched the girl pump a bunch of sweetener in it and when she gave it to me I tasted it just so she could see that I could taste all the sugar she put in it, then politely asked if I could get a tea with no sweetener and she says to me «I didn’t put sweetener in it.» I order this drink every single day so I know what it tastes like. Then an her coworker comes up to me and tells me she didn’t put sweetener in it(even though he was in the back when she made it” and refuses to make me another one. Also won’t even look at me while I’m talking to him. After reading all of the bad reviews on here, I seriously think it’s time to hire some new staff. Also, the people who ordered after me were getting their drinks before me. The guy who refused to remake my drink was so unbelievably rude with the way he spoke to me and his tone that I was actually shocked. I would never hire a person like that to run a business.

Typical airport starbucks but everyone here gave excellent service this morning! Didn’t have everything that my neighborhood location has, but a good selection nonetheless –food wise–

First off I cannot remember the gentle men’s name that gave me the worst service I have had in a long time… I understand it’s an airport and these employees deal with people all day long from all over the world but come on… I hope a district manager or a corporate manager will take the time and read these comments. I flew into dfw, where I live, on April 28th which was my birthday, my friends were wanting to go out and it was about 915pm, and I walked up to the man that was in the Starbucks… This is how the conversation went: Me: ohh are you guys closing? Employee: we sure are! Me: oh dang I am really needing a coffee. Employee: well that’s not my problem. Me: wow. Okay… well it’s my birthday… Employee: sweetheart I don’t care if it’s your birthday or your marriage day I’m not making you a coffee! Me: okay… You are an asshole! I probably shouldn’t have called him that but the way he was talking to me was terrible! I should have taken his name and his managers phone number but I just didn’t want to have to deal with it! But the probably is it is still bothering me to this day! Almost two weeks later… And I work in customer management as a manager and if my employees talked to any of my customers that way they would be fired… I hope they can look up who was working at 915 on 4÷28÷15 and talk to that man about how customers are treated even after closing…

No line. Coffee was done properly and done very quickly which was appreciated as my flight was boarding. The barista on duty was also nice and friendly, a pleasant surprise for a coffee stand. Sometimes only Starbucks will do.

It’s 4:52am. «Are you open?» Starbucks Barista replies: we gonna open when we feel like… Wow. I never had a bad Starbucks experience– this is the first and it deserves a Unilocal. To make matters worse the«barista» was loading up all the food with her bare hands I’m pretty sure that does not follow Starbucks health code. I wish I had her name but I do not. Anyway, I hope this reaches the right people so they can talk some sense in these individuals. Time to jump on my flight.

Consistently the worst service of any Starbucks or any business. Watch and laugh as baristas refuse to make coffee, refuse to give refunds, and take long breaks with 40 people in line. Unreal.

They made an announcement. We are short handed and don’t have enough supplies so it will be a long time before you get anything.

This is an excellent location for some Java and some lounging pre-boarding bc it’s right by the Samsung lounge. Just go to gate c-27. I think coffee is overpriced by a dollar bc I typically buy the same cup elsewhere. Ahh. Airport pricing.

Terrible customer service. Server spilt coffee on my new shirt and pants. Great way to start a trip. Accidents happen, but the way they are resolved is the key and this place, including the manager FAILED to resolve my issue. Lots if other choices. Try another one of the many. Just so we are clear, the server was not to blame. He made a mistake and apologized. I could tell he felt bad.

SOMEOFTHEWORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE I HAVEEVERRECEIVED!!! They are suppose to open at 5AM a line started at 4:45, I was the 2nd in line do I was able to see and hear everything. As of 5:15 they had not opened, our were planning to any time soon. The 2 women that were in the store were asked if they were going to open and the response they got was there wasn’t enough people to do the work. I ended up getting a latte at one of the book stores that was excellent and way cheaper.

I you have already passed the previous groups of Starbucks in whichever terminal you came from, and then the(2) of these(3) here in B, you went too far. Gate B28 is where you will find the smallest with the largest line, because people walking from other Terminals hadn’t decided they needed coffee yet. Most people walk to their terminal to make sure it’s the right one, etc., and then decide on food and coffee. Plus the A/C system is not currently working in Terminal B after about gates 13 – 15 or so.

When you choose to go to Starbucks it’s for a reason. Think about it. They are located all over and you can usually receive the same service and taste at every location. Starbucks is known for a grab and go coffee place. Don’t not expect that type of service at this location. Took 10 minutes to get an iced tea… Tea is well watered down. Not cool!

There are many Starbucks locations in this airport, however for some reason I ended up at the same spot twice in a week. It was the worst Starbucks I have had both times. The first time I went I ordered a nonfat Pumpkin Spice Latte and the barista gave me a pumpkin spice mocha. I took a sip and realized it was not what I ordered so I told her that it was the wrong order. She rudely told me that was what was written on the cup and gave me attitude about fixing the mistake. She made 2 more drinks before mine and made me wait. Then I once I tasted it, I couldn’t even taste the pumpkin flavoring. A few days later I flew back into Dallas and needed a caffeine fix. I got into line and then realized it was the same Starbucks. I decided to give them another shot. I ordered a grande mocha light frappuccino. When she handed me my drink she gave me a regular frappuccino with whip cream. You’ve got to be kidding me I thought! I told her what my order was supposed to be and she made me what was supposed to be my drink. Absolutely watered down and gross! Ill never go there again!
