They always get my drink wrong. And it’s a simple drink to make. I hardly go to this place for that reason. I’d rather drive to the one in lakewood on La vista.

Standard Starbucks. They keep it clean and there are comfortable chairs. My only complaint is how cold it is in there. Bring a jacket. I mentioned it the last two times I was there trying to study. No changes. Won’t be going back.

This was my first visit to this Starbucks location and want to give my compliments to the staff and management for going a little extra today. This Starbucks is clean and has a nice layout as well.

I don’t know if I need to review their drinks and food (seeing that everybody has been to Starbucks, which are all pretty much the same), but I think that this location can do a lot to improve their service. When they opened this location, I was excited about the drive-​through, which would allow me to get a quick coffee on the way to work, but it is so slow that it is not worth it to stop here, and I generally go to other locations where it is faster to park my car and walk in for a coffee.

I typically have a really good experience here but yesterday I was leaving to go out of town and stopped for a grande peppermint mocha. It was too hot at first so after about 30 minutes out of town I went to take a drink and instead of the coffee I had ordered and paid 5.36 for I had a black pikes place coffee instead. No cream, no sugar. I was too far out of town to go back. So I paid good money for something I didn’t get and really needed on a cold Saturday morning. I was extremely disappointed.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Going through the drive-​thru is much slower than going inside. Once you get to the window, expect to wait a few minutes before anyone acknowledged you.

My kids, and I had a very pleasant time as we enjoyed our coffee, and pastries. I’m actually very impressed with this Starbucks… they really built a good team with charisma, and charm. I will definitely be stopping at this location more often now that I know that Starbucks has finally stepped up their game on giving their customers the very best of what they have to offer.
I loved my Americano, it was well done. Salud mi Gente!!! :)

I love that there is a Starbucks, with a drive thru, in my neighborhood! The other one across from Baylor Hospital is always backing up traffic. The staff are friendly and when I ask for a recommendation they always come through with a great drink. I go here as often as I can.

I come here often to study. It is much more spacious than the Starbucks in Casa Linda. The drive thru has contributed greatly to my demise as a basic white girl. There shouldn’t be a drive thru Starbucks within 2 miles of a broke college student because my checking account has been negative 3 times this summer (s/​o to mom for putting more money in my account that directly reloads my Starbucks card). The people manning the drive thru are very nice and have their shit together. Not gonna lie– the little webcam thing at 7:30 in the morning is a little alarming but the man with the long hair on the other side is very nice. Love the staff and the location is A1 since day 1, shawty. Officially obtained my gold card– thank you, based god. Live*laugh*love*coffee
Ps if you’re going to be in here for more than an hour or two bring a jacket because the AC is bitchin

Stopped by for the first time. Should have kept driving. Guy at register decided to «scold» me for placing my bulk coffee down on the counter, the scanner was facing outward and scanned the bar code. He picked the coffee up and it scanned again. Must have really hurt his soul to punch a button and remove the second scanning, because he was very rude when telling me the scanner is very sensitive. I have to admit, I WAS NOT THE ONE WHO TURNED THE SCANNER TWARD THE CUSTOMERS. I do not work here. If it is sensitive, turn it the other direction. I was going to get two drinks, upon his sour demeanor, I decided not to. I won’t stop here ever again. Very disappointed.

If you have 20 to 30 minutes to spare in the morning by all means get your coffee here. They are sloooooooooow inside and out!
I’ve been here on a Saturday when there is NO line and they still managed to not put espresso in my soy latte. I just got soy milk in ice. They didn’t even offer to make up for their lack of not giving a care.
Looks like I’ll be sticking to my spot– Lakewood Starbucks. They have no drive thru and they still manage to get you in and out.

these guys really haven’t mastered speed yet. I was excited to see a Starbucks with a drive through but every time you make it to the window the cashier seems to just be standing there idle with no tasks. maybe put another espresso machine at the window so the cashier can do more than stand there to take and hand. sense of urgency is needed when delivering people their morning caffeine!

No surprises here. Just another Starbucks with the exception of this one is new and really clean. Outside seating available to sit and soak up the sun or there is a drive thru for a cup of joe on the run.

This location is hit or miss. I realize that it’s new, but sometimes the drive-​thru has trouble with simple orders. I usually order an iced green tea, sometimes with vanilla. Yesterday I ordered it in the drive-​thru. I clearly said «venti iced green tea with vanilla», which I have gotten before with no problem. They told me my total was $ 4.60. I asked why and the employee said «You wanted a green tea latte?» I said no and repeated my order again. I got to the window and they hadn’t started making it. They had to ask me if I wanted to substitute vanilla instead of classic. I never have to clarify this at other «established» locations. I only come to this one if I am really desperate for my drink (and because it’s so close to home). Be aware that the drive-​thru can be very slow.

Came in for a tea misto and a coffee misto. Took 30 minutes to get to order and over 25 minutes for them to make it. Complete chaos. The guy is making drinks only for the drive thru as the rest of us wait in the store. Won’t be back ever! Plus the girl at the register has takes over 5 minutes per customer to order. When we got there she had no idea how to work the cash register.

Very nice new Starbucks with great, friendly staff. The drinks are still off a bit but I know with time they will get better. I’m just upset that it’s open now that I’m moving away. I’m going to miss this super convenient location with a drive thru! I will definitely stop by whenever I’m nearby. The drive thru gets backed up in the mornings, so make sure you have at least 10 minutes to spare. Watch out when coming out of the drive thru for cars coming from the left.

Brand new sparkly Starbucks… the staff here is the bomb. The manager is super nice and friendly, and the location is awesome! Just opened up right by The Fresh Market in that newly renovated shopping center at the corner of Gaston /​Garland near White Rock Lake. Opens to the public tomorrow, but I know some peeps so I got to see it early! This will def be a new chill spot for me…
