Sno is as good as snow cones get! The line was long but they were quick about getting the orders! They were generous with the syrup so the snow cone did not lose its flavor when I got to the bottom. I will probably go back next time I am in Dallas!

Historically, I am not a fan of shaved ice, but I was looking for a frozen sweet treat. Fellow Unilocalers deemed this place deserving 4.8ish starts with over 100 voting, so I had to see what the fuss was. You and Sno did not diassapoint. The shaved ice and natural flavors inspired me to claim that I do actually like shaved ice done right, and Sno does it right.

This place was Amazing the absolutely best sno ice ever… I got the Bahama Mama. Delicious, staff super friendly clean and neat and the prices are more than reasonable. If you are ever in the area you must treat yourself to shaved ice

If you want a Sno-ball and not a snow cone(my nola folks know what’s up) this is the place to be. This is about as close as you will get in the DFW. This place was really good. Service is always great.

( Unilocal100CHALLENGE #3) This going to be a short review because I already did 3 reviews on this place again. Got a chance to see the v gut who runs this gem of a place. Oh did I mention… this is not your typical outside snowcone stand this is a inside restaurant style type of snowcone place. They also have pickles as well. Overall this is my place to go for snowcones!!!

Snow cones are one of my favorite treats, and I will admit sometimes I crave them in the winter! I have a favorite snow cone stand in Round Rock, TX, and this one in the North Dallas neighborhood is now a serious contender for one of the best I have ever had. Only 9 miles north of Downtown Dallas, it was worth the drive, trust me!

place is amazing because of the how the snow really feels like sno. its not crunchy. it reminds me of the shaved ice places in korea. you can tell when someone is close vs this fine powder. plus hte natural mixes are fantastic. i had strawberry, pineapple, and coconut. the last two were my fav in that order phenomenal. it lives up to the hype JEANS: OK by far ORDER: at counter

Stopped in to cool down from the Texas heat. Was very excited after reading all the Unilocal reviews, but was a bit let down. Taste: Paid nearly $ 5 for a large natural mango/coconut shaved ice with cream. Price was higher than expected. Shaved ice was a bit coarse and was not the best I have had. Enjoyed flavor of mango more than the coconut, but don’t think I would have liked either without the addition of cream. Service: The girls at the cashier and those preparing the order were friendly, and order was received within short wait. Looked like a good spot for younger kids and high schoolers to hang out. Bottom Line: 4 stars for service, 3 stars for value/taste.

I’ve been DYING to try out Sno after reading about it in magazine after magazine for what seems like years now. I know they always win for best frozen treats so when I accidentally drove by the other day I just had to stop in. I did a half and half shaved ice and neither of the flavors really had any FLAVOR. I love shaved ice because it seems like a real treat but the only thing that was nice about this was that it was cold on a hot day. The real winner at Sno is their frozen yogurt. A friend of mine ordered the salted caramel pretzel froyo and it was INCREDIBLE. Silky, smooth, milky and fresh — it was everything you want in a frozen treat and now I know which direction to go in for next time.

Being from new Orleans I am a complete snob about snow balls. It is something we used to get after school when the temperature started to rise as they are only open about half of the year. I digress… I finally made my way to Sno last Saturday and I am completely hooked. The ice is so soft it’s ridiculous, possibly better than some I have had in NOLA. They have tons of flavors to choose from including the classic nectar which is a staple in the Big easy — if they really wanted to take it a step up they would make it nectar cream… I opted for something a bit more refreshing and light that day so I went with the all natural coconut and strawberry combo and my taste buds were not disappointed. It was so good I went back two days later to order the exact same thing again. The staff is friendly and they let you taste flavors so that you aren’t stuck with something you don’t like. Go go go especially on a hot Dallas day!

So happy to have tried the sno cones here! The shaved ice is very fine and flaky, something I’ve haven’t been able find in any of the sno come stands I’ve been to around here. I appreciate that they offer«natural» flavors. I didn’t get to try but definitely will during my future visits. Got the kids rainbow sno cones. They are not stingy with their syrups! It’s almost a little much since the shaved ice is very fine. I got the mango sno cone with chamayado and chilli flake. I wanted the tamarind but they were out. The place could be a little cleaner though. The hallway to get to the bathroom appears to be storage for videos game machines.

There were so many flavors to choose from, I didn’t know which way to go?! After I took a step back and glanced over the menu again, I decided on Tigers Blood stuffed with Vanilla Ice Cream. It was a great combination of flavors. It was good, I can’t complain. My husband had pineapple ice cream. Now that was awesomely delicious! It was like eating fresh snow! Each spoonful melted slow enough to savior the taste but fast enough to not freeze your teeth. The spot was a bit small with minimal seating and parking. Parking aside, it was well worth it. I’ll be back.(in my Arnold Schwarzenegger voice)

This fills a huge void in Dallas and is so needed! There are hardly, if any, sno cone places in Dallas and it’s not always convenient to go to the suburbs for Bahama Bucks. This place is legit. Typical syrup flavors as well as all natural flavors. My favorite is the natural coconut. Literally real coconut milk poured over shaved ice that is so fine it’s almost like ice cream. They also offer some more traditional Mexican treats such as a chamoyada. Super delicious.
