Horrible service, I highly recommend that you go somewhere else. I stood at the register waiting for someone to help me for over 30 minutes one day and 45 another. A simple acknowledgment of my presence would have went a long way. The second day I finally walked out and vow to never return. If possible I would return everything I’ve ever purchased from them for a refund.

Every time I come here(and I’ve been here a lot) there is only one person working in the entire store. Doesn’t matter what time I come. So you can’t get any personalized assistance and it takes FOREVER to get your paint mixed because there is usually a line. Also, the couple times ever that there has been more than one employee they are hiding in the back and won’t help at the counter. Have also had to bring paint back before due to the person mixing entering the incorrect formula, so always double check before leaving.

Called in an order for some red paint. Nothing fancy, going to let the Seniors at our high school paint their names on «Wildcat Way» and the manager took the order over the phone. Super handy. Paint was great. Also, ends up they give our students a discount. That’s how stores are supposed to work. They are a part of our community. Also, the paint at SW went further than the paint purchased at Home Depot. Maybe it was thicker and covered better, but my gallon covered the whole parking spot where several folks who bought form HD had to go get more.

What can I say it’s paint. You go in, tell them what you want, they mix it and you leave. I like that I get coupons which makes the paint price a little bit more tolerable. Other than that, I guess paint is paint???

I had to go to Sherwin Williams to buy paint to match what was previously used in our house. The location is convenient and they have flexible hours. However, I am only rating this location 2 stars due to service. I only had the name of the paint color and asked the sales person for a paint swatch which he was able to provided. I asked for a quart of the paint in an eg-shel finish. He promptly pulled a can of satin off the shelf to mix. Thinking he accidentally grabbed the wrong can, I clarified that I wanted eg-shel. He spent the next 5 min insisting that satin and eg-shel were the same. When I repeatedly stated they were different and I wanted the eg-shel(which they had on display), he implied I did not know what I was talking about and at Sherwin Williams they were the same thing. I told the sales person that I was trying to match paint on an existing wall, so I wanted the eg-shel finish on display. He said he was going to mix satin. When I finally said, forget it and turned to leave, he called over another sales person — manager, I think. The manager stated that the satin and eg-shel would look the same. I said, no thank you — as I am trying to match an existing wall. He looked at the original sales person and said, «well, make her an eg-shel then». They knew all along they sold eg-shel and yet — kept trying to convince me to buy satin. After all that, they also sold me a dented can. I’m still not sure why I ended up buying the paint there, but I won’t go back.
