If I could give negative stars I would. Rude guy working there who seemed to be the manager! He was either Indian or Italian couldn’t really tell. Went in during lunch time which wasn’t too busy and I needed two spinach Strombolis but they only had one. Asked him if they would be making more and he simply said no because it would take about 25 minutes and just walked off. Asked another lady and she said she could make one but it would be 15 minutes, told her I could wait. When she told the manager what she was doing he said no he wouldn’t do it because he couldn’t just make one that he would have to make about 10 which is ridiculous because for any kind of Stromboli they only have 4 at a time at the most. Their excuse was that they don’t make too many of the spinach Strombolis because nobody buys them and then they have to throw them away. Well how can they sell any if they never have enough and when someone wants to buy them they don’t want to make them! He tried to sell me a spinach and mushroom pizza which I turned down because it looked so dry and old. Had gone there before when he wasn’t there and they had no problem making the Strombolis. I went ahead and bought the one that was there because it was for someone else and took my money to Charley’s subs instead. Ironically once I was sitting down on a table which happened to be in front of Sbarros another lady went in and asked for a spinach Stromboli to which they told her no as well! This is ridiculous! This needs to be fixed because if you’re going to be refusing to make a food item that you sell and is on the menu and people ask for just because you are too lazy might as well just close the place down or change management! With that attitude he is going to drive all customers away. Maybe if he would’ve been nice about the situation I would’ve understood. I will never visit this location again.
