This particular store has improved over the past years! It went from messy and terrible customer service to organized and extremely friendly employees! The floors and fitting rooms were clean and clothes were actually in the places where they had to be! Normally, other Ross’ would look like a hurricane passed by, especially on a Friday night, but not this one!

This store is always busy and crowded. I have had better luck at other Ross stores. The layout is messy and the area around it is the worst. But on the top side the customer service was up to par!

I’m not sure if it’s because my experience at WalMart was so awful or if this Ross really is as nice as it was.
We walked in and it was way more organized than expected, no clothes on the floor, sizes where they were suppose to be, etc… I was pleasantly surprised. They also had a nice selection of everything, tops, bottoms, shoes, house wares, a little bit of everything for everyone. I also have to add that they had the cleanest, roomiest dressing rooms of any Ross Store I’ve ever been in, plus the help was helpful and friendly.
