Their juices are fantastic, fresh, tasty and obviously healthy!
Only one problem… they are a tad expensive compared to other juice shops. I am used to paying $ 6. maybe even $ 7 for a cold pressed juice but here it’s $ 8 (plus they ask for a tip on the receipt) and the bottle isn’t even reusable. Some of their snacks are bit high in caloric content, so make sure you double check the labels. Still, their menu of juices is extensive and much tastier than most other spots (without sacrificing nutrition/​adding sugar). My favorite is the Go Green Juice, Hydrate and Skin Glow. So good– all of them. On top of that, the service is always very friendly and helpful when deciding what option to go with.
If you are a regular customer, it might help to subscribe to their emails where they offer bulk discounts and monthly specials.

After searching for a good juice bar in Dallas, I made my way to Roots. I was pretty impressed. All raw and organic products to select from. While I loved the products, I wish a employee could’ve helped me better with what were good juice options. She seemed kind of blah and I had to ask a lot of questions to get information out of her. To better suit clients, it would be nice if the staff asked general questions of what they were looking for in their juice products. Product education would be nice. I ended up getting watermelon cooler, green goddess, bee well, and the detox h2o. The watermelon cooler and detox water are by far my favorites. I’ll be back to get more products in the future.

I have gotten juices here several times. They are fresh and good with interesting combinations.
It is very difficult to go to the Uptown location because parking/​traffic is a nightmare at those storefronts on McKinney Ave. My friends and co-​workers also really like the juices and hate the parking. BUT… I have tried to call this store to place orders and ask questions, and they won’t answer the phone and do not return the phone messages. There are nice and friendly people there, and there is also one guy… I think a manager… who is so arrogant that he won’t answer questions about the product without showing irritation. For that reason, and the phone situation… I will not go in there again.
