This place is getting 3 stars because the store is cool! This place is missing 2 stars for the lack of service/consideration . I finally visited this place after window shopping it many times. The store is packed full of awesome adventure clothes and sundries. However, on my first visit, I was completely ignored. I believe the DUDE working the counter never even knew I was in the store. Sad thing about this visit was that I WANTED to spend money$$$$! I searched high and low for ski gear. As this is my first snow bound journey, I had a ton of questions for the store clerk. I looked at boots, jackets, and stood 5 ft away, looking at ski pants on sale. It was not until frustration took over that I learned this DUDESNAME. Only when he answered the phone as I exited(in my head, stormed out) did he speak. «Relativity outdoors, the is T?» I believe it was Trey or Troy… Sad thing about this half craptastic review is that I went back in hopes of finding what I needed. No such luck. Nice place and location, crappy service. It’s not cheap! I can buy ski gear nearly everywhere. I wanted to support a local/neighborhood establishment. Again, it’s a cool store, not sure i will ever go back.

Awesome locally owned outdoor equipment store. Roger is insanely nice and great at bringing lesser known quality and environmentally conscious outdoor equipment products to the area. Could not be happier with my Fjällräven gear. I was also inspired to consider more environmental approaches to water proofing like bees wax. Great customer service and a very nice store, so nice in fact it looks corporate but fear not local supporters, they just have great design sense! Thanks!

Finally! Dallas has an authentic outdoor shop with unique and fashionable technical outerwear like NAU and other eco-friendly brands. These brands are legit and this place is personable. It’s the Tail Waters of outdoor gear. And if you’re unfamiliar with Tail Waters on McKinney Ave, walk out of that massive overpriced faceless warehouse you’re purchasing fly-fishing gear at and check out this world class neighborhood retailer. There’s even a dog!

Went in this weekend and the place is GREAT. Cool selection of clothes, shoes, and equipment. Roger the owner was very nice and very informative on the lines he carries. Plenty of options here if you want to look good on the trail or on the patio.

I’ve been searching for a local store that sells ethically made clothing and I’ve finally found one. I want clothing that is environmentally friendly and not made in sweatshops. They not only carry ethically made casual clothing, but they’ve got some great outdoor gear as well and the store owner is very knowledgeable about all of their products. I’ll definitely be returning for casual clothes and technical gear. I’m glad they are here in Dallas.
