I was looking for a rug with my Mom to give as a gift to our host while we were in town. We stopped in several rug shops in the area and this was by far the worst. The people working looked us up and down, were patronizing, and overall very unhelpful. I bought a rug nearby and almost wanted to pull a Julia Roberts ala Pretty Woman. I understand that it can be frustrating to deal with a customer who doesn’t possess the breadth of knowledge that you think you do but we still deserve to be treated with respect. I wouldn’t go back.
