Huge selection of very cute clothes, shoes and bows. The store is organized and the staff is friendly. I always find several things to buy. This is the best resale shop to frequent! Great brands, super cute and a fraction of what you would pay for new.

Great selection, and the prices seem to be in line for what I am getting. It’s a very nice and clean location.

These are the rudest people EVER! I took a bunch of clothes to see if they would sell them in their store. The clothes I brought were all name brands and good quality. I washed, ironed and hung up each item. They were too busy to go through all the clothes while I waited so they asked me to come back at a certain time. When I came back they had taken the clothes they did not want off the hangers and threw them all in a big garbage bag! The woman I talked to originally was not around only the big bag of rejected clothes. I called the manager and told her I wanted my clothes returned to me the way I had brought them in to the store in the first place. They are so rude about what clothes they take and I don’t understand why because the clothes in that store look very dated, out of style and VERY worn! They are the snottiest bunch of people running that store I have ever come across and I would NEVER buy anything in there. The store is crowded and cluttered and a mess. A very bad experience all the way around!

I’m a mother of 2 girls and while I like them to dress nice I don’t like spending large amounts to do so; this is why I love Kidswap. I get name brand items at a great price. I’m a huge fan of the smocked dresses. I was just in last week and saw a great selection of Fall and Holiday smocked items(let’s just say I had a heyday). I’ve also consigned my girls clothing there for a few years now and have never had a problem. The employees are always very friendly and helpful.

They had a lot of cute things — mostly smocked dresses and the like — but the prices were pretty high for used. Another thing that bothered me was they have A LOT of new things they are selling. The whole top rack of the 0 – 6 size was new and the bottom was used… so the selection of used things wasn’t all that big and that was what I went here for. The cheapest thing I saw for a smocked dress was $ 25 and I saw a little USED onesie for $ 10 and it wasn’t even a high end brand. It would be a good place if you were looking for a smocked dress in particular.

I am going to review this from two perspectives– as a shopper and consigner. As a shopper I have found some nice things for boys– which is hard to do– but the store is cluttered and navigating through it is a bit hard to do– the experience is more like rummaging. As a consigner, which I have done only once– the experience was TERRIBLE. I left my items, was given a copy of their agreement, which I signed, and then I never heard form them again. I called before the consignment period ended and was told that the 3 items I left sold, but because the total amount was under $ 20 dollars(a CrewCuts pair of jeans, and 2 nice Gap wintercoats) I would have to «request» a check be mailed. I did. It never came. I called back and they told me they didn’t have my address on file– I gave it to them and waited again. Check never arrived. Called back again and left a message, and then a fourth time. Never had a reply call and no check. Its really not the amount that matters– its the principle of BAD business. Consignment is an agreement, but in this case it seems more like you are providing them merchandise and they are ripping you off. I will NEVER shop there again.

The store has a lot of clothes, shoes, and some other baby stuff like strollers. The prices are kind of high for stuff that’s obviuosly used. You could get a better deal shopping sales at regular baby stores. The sales associate seemed like she absolutely hated her job. She didn’t respond to my hello when I came in, didn’t know store details, and had her back turned towards us because she was only interested in watching TV, and answering text messages. I wouldn’t go back unless I had exhausted other options.
