I loved this place when I lived in Dallas! Great lunch specials, house dressing is great, super reasonable prices. I’m always sure to visit when I come back. An amazing pizza place, stromboli, manacotti. Try it!

I had the Slice and salad and a drink for lunch it was my first time there for the price of 6.00 it was pretty decent I had the slice with hamburger meat which looked a lot like sausage meat I wasn’t impressed with it not looking like hamburger meat but over all it was good pizza the salad was just meh it was a salad I had it with the house dressing which I personally think they should come up with a new house dressing the one they have isn’t really good next time I’ll go for the commercial ranch or bring my own homemade dressing. I must venture out next time and try something different maybe the Calzone. The service was great they were friendly th place is clean plenty of seating at lunch time. I would recommend this place.

I’m fairly new to Dallas and this was the first local pizza place I actually liked. However, I will not be doing business with them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. I ordered pizza and wings and they said it would take about an hour. After an hour and a half, a few phone calls and a «whatever“discount, I still had no pizza! To make things worse I was willing to pay over $ 30 for this pizza and when I finally called to cancel the order… the girl that answer didn’t even give me a sincere apology. Bad business, Primos! Get it together.

This is the second time we have ordered pizza from this place. My wife is kind of a pizza snob and generally doesn’t like to order pizza because we hadn’t found a place she liked. Primo Brothers changed that. Both times we ordered the Sicilian Deep Dish Brothers Supreme and both times the pizza was excellent. The first bite she took she looked like she was in heaven. When I mentioned ordering pizza tonight from Primo Brothers she was really excited. Now, I also loved the pizza, but she is much more difficult to please. The pizza is fresh and very tasty and the deep dish crust is absolutely perfect. We did have a slight ordering problem, which the manager was quick to acknowledge and correct. They had a replacement pizza out to us very quickly. This place is top notch and is now our go to pizza place.

I realized today why I didn’t care for This place before. Food is less than ‘meh’ and the service is a joke. Even 3 years later! I called in a pickup order for a pizza and a Stromboli. Simple. The kid who answered couldn’t listen or even try to repeat my order to me. I gave my name«Steven» and he took that for«Caesar.» Then I had to argue with him over what my name is when I picked up the order! What an imbecile. So they got my order wrong, took 45 min over a 15 min ETA and the pizza was burned. When they realized they forgot a topping, upon bringing it out, they just threw it back in the oven! Put the toppings on the cooked pizza and cooked it 10 min more! No apologies of course. Will definitely not come back here again.

This is my favorite place to grab a slice for lunch. The pizza here is always fresh and hot. You get a slice, salad and a drink for six bucks.

The service is great but the food has changed so much over the past 3 years, we ordered last night and its bad when your kids who are NOT picky eaters refuses to eat because the food was undercooked and soggy subs. The food was delivered an hour after we ordered and just over all a bad experience, im not big on writing bad reviews but if you want great food go to Tony’s Pizza and Pasta off of Northwest Hwy. 10x better and very consistent!

I have been ordering from Primo Brothers for years and normally it’s one of my favorite places to get pizza. However now, I doubt I’ll ever do business with them again. They have shown nothing but a lack of care or pride for their product lately. Two out of the last three times that I’ve had Primos, my pizza has arrived with all of the toppings slid to one side. As though the pizza was delivered sideways. Inexcusable. Even when they replace the pizza with a new one, it’s the same problem. I’m done ordering from this establishment.

Our favorite pizza haunt. Never been disappointed. Not sure about the service complaints or lack of restroom, because We’ve never had an issue with either of these. Maybe it during their remodel. Great sauce, meat and veggies, Stromboli is top notch. Lasagna was a little watery, but you can’t bat a 1000 every time at the plate.

We have never been disappointed by Primo Brothers since we started ordering from here about a year ago. We tend to stick to the basics(pizza, calzones, etc) but the food is always solid. It’s the closest to real NY pizza that I’ve found in Dallas.

Food was good, but staff was not very warm or friendly. This was my first time here. Like the atmosphere and overall look and feel of the place. Came in around lunch time on a Saturday and not very busy, but staff acted like I wasn’t hereafter my order. Had to go back up to the counter to retrieve the dessert I ordered earlier.

They burned my pizza and they don’t have a bathroom because they are out of order. The menu is big lots of dishes so far the cheesesteak and pizza I had was poorly put together and over cooked. They literally told me to walk down the commercial building and use the laundry mats restroom. #ridiculous.

Nice, cozy, dim atmosphere. Tvs on, food is good, single cans of soda for sale not just fountain drinks! Desserts, pizza, ravioli, salads, and super friendly/young staff.

After my last«fast pizza» place stopped selling the«New Yorker», I was having trouble finding a good New York pizza slice. That is until I moved near PrimoPrimo Brothers. Very good New York style pizza!

What a lucky find. By far the best New York style pizza in Dallas. I’m talking John’s Pizzeria in the West Village quality. The staff is very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. The place itself is nothing to write home about. If you insist on eating in, you can bring your own bottle of wine. We prefer to call in the order and pick it up within usually 15 minutes. We get the extra large, extra pepperoni, cooked well done. Of note, also is their calzone as well as their sandwiches. Oh, did I mention that their prices are reasonable. Finally it is a pleasure to support such a wonderful establishment.

Tonight we had the combo app, and a stromboli, Neither impressed us much, Nothing was bad, just wasnt great, The cheese sticks were grease logs, and all of the app semed to be just boxed frozen items. The stromboli was just lackig flavor.

My husband works nearby so I met him for lunch today. He has been here several times and really likes the variety, price and the crispiness of the pizza. I loved it! First time being there today. I had the $ 6 special with pizza slice, salad(get the house Italian, it’s wonderful) and a drink. Wish we had a place like this in Rowlett or closer by. Can’t wait to go back again.

Pizza was solid, and definitely above average for the Dallas area. Customer service was fast but indifferent. I would recommend Primo’s for a good slice of NY style, thin crust pizza to anyone in the area but I wouldn’t personally drive out of my way for the hospitality or the atmosphere.
