Great service. They are honest, legit, and care about quality. Also moderately priced compared to other leading headship in dallas. As a valued customer of all head shops as I collect glass art; I find PPV selection to be hit and miss, more affordable. I like other places if you’re about to drop 350+ on a home piece. I’ve been a fan of this place for the past few years. I would always go to get glass pieces at reasonable prices. The best being the mini perc that they carry for $ 50. It’s similar to those by Roor and other brands but for a fraction of the price.
I paid them another visit today after a long hiatus. The store had a larger layout and more products. I decided to go with another one of my trusted percs but upon checkout we discovered it had a small crack. After some digging around, there were no replacements for the style I was looking for. After some deliberation the guys decided to give me an upgrade to a larger piece at the same price.
It’s that kind of customer service that will keep me going back. Not to mention the great prices.

I bought a starter kit here and went back for more juice and a better tank. The tank broke before I got home so I went back and they replaced it. I left, and the new one broke too. I came back and they replaced that too, trying to figure out why they were breaking. The new one has held strong for 2 weeks so far. The staff was helpful and patient with me while I was learning about vaping. If you’re new to vaping and need a place to get started, go here.

Sold me a defective water pipe. The water wouldn’t stay in the percolator and just drained through to the chamber. Went back in and they had a no return or exchange policy. Even for their mistake. I hadn’t used it at all, but they couldn’t have cared less. So they shafted me for $ 100. Don’t go here.
