Pizza Hut

Worst lunch buffet I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut. Not much food out, the Caesar Salad was nasty and the entire store had a dirty feeling about it.

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. first off they take way too long to deliver it 2^nd they never cook pizza right either over cooked or under cooked 3^rd of all delivery guy never walks to your apartment always calls to meet in front whole reason for delivery is for it to come to me then wonders why I didn’t tip good

This is the worst Pizza Hut that I have order from. My pizza took more then two hours to be delivered and by the time they got here the pizza was made wrong and cold. I only had 30 min lunch so I had to eat it how it was. The mgr did call me back to apologize tho so that was nice of her and she gave me my credit back.

Just ordered two large pizzas and cheese sticks. Where do I begin… They got BOTH pizza orders wrong. I asked for hand tossed and got pan. Delivery was 10 minutes late and both pizzas and cheese sticks were cold. So disappointing!!!

Pizza is good… I order from these guys every couple of weeks. Tonight I ordered online, got a confirmation email and waited… waited…waited…finally called after an hour and a half. The person on the phone said they had no order matching my name or order, didn’t even sell one of the things I ordered and couldn’t get me a new order for at least an hour! Wha???
Okay…ONE of the pizzas I originally ordered came a full hour later (two and a half hours total) completely uncooked! So… I can tell it’s been IN an oven, but if I took off the toppings I could roll the dough back into a ball! I’m going to throw this thing in the oven and TRY to salvage it… everybody wish me luck!

Ordered online 2 pizza’s and bone out wings and bread. When it came it was cold. It was delivered an hour late as well. Tried calling the store the first time they hung up on me, the second time I called they put me on hold for 20 minutes, finally on the third call I spoke to the shift manager Tiara and she was rude and then proceeded to tell me they were short staffed and only one driver and that is why my pizza was cold. I told her that was not an excuse because I have ordered there before and not had a problem with the pizza coming hot to me. She told me I could call tomorrow and speak to the manager Ester. Don’t expect too much from them if you want hot pizza. Very rude employees that work there.

Greg, the MANAGER laughed at me and thought it was funny that (1) The pizza was later than expected (2) That the driver demanded I pay cash when I PAID online with a credit card and (3) The driver left b/​c I didn’t have cash on me. WTH? I work for a BIG company that orders from this place all of the time, best believe a lot of people that work here will know how crappy this place and the MANAGER, GREG is!!! I’m now not eating thanks to this PIZZA HUT IN DALLAS!!! THEY ARE RUDE, NOT PROFESSIONAL AND THEY THINK ITS FUNNY WHEN THEY MESS UP!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!!

Waste of money! What little pizza was there was old and hard and when we asked for more the pizza the associate said «yea» but never put more out.

So far these guys have done well in my book. Carlos is always very friendly and helpful when I call in my order and the deliver guys are always nice as well. No complaints so far.

I live 2.1 miles from the store, they can’t deliver to my house, now after the past five times of getting pizza there, they never have any crushed red pepper. This has happened at numerous locations, as I found out that corporate only supplies 1 box of crushed red pepper per store every time the truck makes deliveries! And yes with the first review. It does have original everything like from the 80’s! It could use a remodel, including staff. Please we don’t need any extra ghetto thug attitude in this world, and I was kinda grossed out that the girl answering phone was sniffling and sniffing up her boogers on the phone. I don’t even want to touch the box! Especially with the flu epidemic going on! Sick people stay home, it’s gross

Well this is the only Pizza Hut in the Dallas area that has the full sit down type restaurant and also features the lunch buffet. So we went today and it was around 1pm and get there and they had one server on the floor. Was a nice older lady, she asked us what we were drinking and we told her 2 mountain dew’s. About 10 minutes later she stopped by the table again and asked had we decided what we wanted to drink. So again I told her Mountain Dew. We then proceed to the buffet and there were no plates or silverware and the server brought our drinks in paper to go cups and said there were no clean glasses. The manager finally brought us plastic forks to eat with. I guess the 15 people standing around waiting for the phone to ring could not wash any dishes. The salad bar was so so. The pizza bar was pretty much wiped out. So I asked the manager if he could get us a pepperoni and bacon pizza and he said he would. By the time it came out i was full of salad. But I still went and got a piece since i did ask for it. There was one slice of pepperoni on each slice and hardly any bacon. If i wanted pizza like this I could have went to Cici’s pizza. We ordered potato wedges since this location has the wings and such. We were about to leave by the time they came out. They were hot and fresh but should not have taken very long to make. The server was very nice but again she is older, and was definitely overwhelmed and all those younger people there working should have helped her out instead of shooting the breeze and just hanging out while the phones rang off the hook. That was an issue too, the phones ring very loudly and non stop. That was pretty annoying. This location most definitely needs a remodel. I would dare say this is all original furnishings and it shows. I seem to have better experiences when I dine here later in the evening when you have to order off the menu. The new Garlic Bread pizza is very good. Bonus points for having pepsi products and Mountain Dew. I detest Coke.
