The Dominos tracking feature is a curse for this location. My order was placed at 10:27pm, showed that it was complete at 10:39pm, left the store for delivery at 12:00am, and arrived at 12:11am. The store never contacted me to let me know that my order would be delayed. My food was cold, disgusting, and inedible upon arrival. The delivery person handed me my food and walked off before I could even ask for a receipt. I understand that late night food delivery can be delayed and I especially understand lack of staffing, but a simple phone call could have prepared me for this. This was a complete waste of money.

Downloaded the app. That’s great! They were backed up and never indicated that. After an hour wait. Called and was told oh sorry it’s an hour and a half. FAIL. Dominos fix your app or get better communication in delays. Spoke to the store. Said they can’t call the driver. Offered $ 5 off the pizza for an2 hour delay and a bunch of run around. Then she offered $ 8 off then a free pizza the next time. Asked her to call the driver. Said she couldn’t as he takes multiple pizzas. The other guy told me they were short on drivers — get your stories straight

Let me start off by saying I am a big fan of Dominos. The thin crust pizza and parm bites have a special place in my heart. Having said that, this has to be the worst dominos in Dallas(maybe even Texas). Delivery took over an hour. When the pizza FINALLY arrived it was cold and soggy. Some of my slices didn’t even have toppings on it, it was just the crust. Honestly the most terrible experience I have ever had with a dominos. Never ordering here again.

They are good and consistent. I have never had a bad experience here. The orders are always correct and delivery is timely. I order 3 or 4 times a month and have had most things on their menu again nothing bad or nothing I would complain about, but nothing I would rave about either. It is delivery pizza and it is good.

Wish I could rate with negatives. This was the worst experience with the Dominos on Ft. Worth Avenue in Dallas. We placed our order at about 6:48PM and the site stated my pizza was being deliver at 7:14, the driver was lost. He made contact with us twice asking for directions. There was a bit of language barrier due to the driver not knowing English. I made a phone call to the store and they were no help either. They gave me the complete run around. The 2nd time I called the store because 30 minutes passed, they stated they would give me my pizza at ½ price. YEAHRIGHT!!! Why would I want a soggy– cold pizza that should have been here over an hour and half ago?!! I was a huge Dominos fan and now I am glad to see that a Papa John’s is being made down the street. I will be sure to never place an order there again. Poor service, I give you five stars. Thanks for the pizza that never made it!

Worst pizza experience I’ve ever had. Delivery is consistently awful. Half my order was missing and the guy said” not my problem, store problem”. Mind you this is 50 mins after their pizza tracker said my order was out for delivery. So according to the tracker my food sat ready for 20 mins and THEN sat in this guys car for 50 mins… GROSS. I live 2 miles away, btw. I had no choice but to not accept the order and get a refund. I use to deliver pizza, so I know what’s acceptable or not. Called the store and manager was worse than the driver. I had already paid, but no one offered sending me my complete order or even a fresh order. If picked up then their pizza is fine, but the convenience of pizza is having it delivered.
