Pizza Hut

The last two times I ordered delivery, the pizza took an hour to get to my house and it was cold. I left a negative survey and they gave me a $ 20 credit to try one more time. 3^rd time in a row, the pizza took an hour and it was cold. The restaurant is about 5 minutes from my house, so it shouldn’t take so long. I appreciate Pizza Hut reaching out to give me a free meal, so I added an extra star to my rating, but I won’t be ordering from here again. If you do, I recommend going to pick it up.

No lie waited over 30 min for my pizza. No sorry, no free drink. Nothing. Horrible customer service. The manager seemed to care but they are definitely overwhelmed. My name wasn’t even on the carry out list. Bet they clear them to make corporate believe they are getting orders out on time.

If I could give them no stars, I would. Walked into the store to place a large order, no other customers in the place. It took the shift manager 17 minutes to enter a 10 pizza order. They all had the same crust just a different topping. Took her 3 tries before the pricing was entered correctly. The other employees in the store could be seen dancing, squirting water at each other and generally doing nothing. The shift manager was the only one who could use the register. The pizza was good, but the customer service is horrible.

Ordered from here yesterday. They forgot to put the sauce on my pizza. Along with forgetting the drizzle & crust flavor I ordered.
I called them to let them know of their mistake. The girl on the phone said they would apply a $ 5 credit to my account. What?! I’m hungry. What is a $ 5 credit going to do for me?
I want my order corrected. She informed me they can’t bring me a corrected pizza because the delivery time is too long. Well, could you just drop by some sauce while your driver is out in my neighborhood delivering other pizzas? Apparently not. $ 5 credit is all they can do for me. THE PIZZA COSTS MORE THAN $ 5! Why the heck should I have to pay out of pocket to get what I originally ordered and you got wrong?
I will NEVER be ordering from this location again. It is clear to me they have zero concern for their customers or righting their wrongs. And since this is the only location that delivers to my address that means I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again. Such a disappointment.

On July 7 2015, I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, ham, sausage, and beef. The sausage and beef or left off as well as the extra toppings on the crust. I also noted that the sauce that was supposed to be included for the wings was not included and when I asked request of the sauce, I was told I would have to pay for it again. I called and spoke with Daniel, who claim to be the manager. He made me feel I’m unappreciated and bullied me with his attitude. It wasn’t until after I said I wouldn’t be returning that he continue to mock me and offered a credit for a replacement order. We’ll see if it’s there when I go back. Don’t go to the store, it’s not worth your time and you lose your money. Pizza Hut is just no good anymore especially at this location.

This Pizza Hut has very rude employees. Last Friday, my friends and I decided to call in to place an order. We were on hold for a while, so we just decided to drive up to the actual store. We decided to walk in, but as soon as we opened the door, they screamed at us saying, «GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU». We didn’t even get a proper greeting. Because we wanted pizza so bad, we decided to go through the drive thru. The lady opened the window and we asked if we could order since we were not able to over the phone, but she said that we had to order first. Well ok Pizza Hut! They could have at least taken our order and had us wait. Very disappointing.

Pizza Hut is always good but the customer service here is crazy. People in the back yelling and complaining. Singing songs with curse words loudly. I was waiting for someone to come around the corner tweaking or pop locking. It’s freezing inside but that’s ok it’s hot in Texas. We ordered extra bell peppers and pepperoni buuuut I think they gave us less everything. Poor bare looking pizza lol I was to hungry to have them change/​fix it. The wings where perfect!
