This Cici’s Pizza doesn’t have as best of an arcade as the other ones, and I don’t really like the flatbread pizza, but I love how friendly everyone is there! Sure, sometimes it’s a mess, but you’re supposed to HELP clean up! I love the brownies there, too! I have been coming here for a few years now, and I’ve loved it! Thank you, Cici’s Pizza!

I like it here but every time I come here they never want to give me my individual chicken buffalo pizza. Like why? Then I see them serving individual pizzas everywhere else but me. I want fresh warm pizza not cold.

Really wish they wouldn’t water down the white sauce. It has gotten worse over the years. I remember when the white sauce was thick and tasty, now it’s thin, translucent, and void of any flavor. Only come here occasionally just to see if it gets better but so far, still disappointed. 3 stars might be too high but the cinnamon rolls are really good.

Whoever gave it two stars was generous. I felt kind of sorry for them — lunch time w/​hardly any customers. The place is downright filthy, the pizza is marginal at best and I don’t see me coming in again. Guess Cici’s is dying a painful death.

I keep coming here in the hopes that things will change. That they’ll clean and have good pizza readily available, and decent customer service. Of course, they always disappoint. The last time I went there, there was a birthday party. I can handle screaming kids. What I couldn’t handle was the messes that were there for roughly the hour my boyfriend and I were, or the lack of choices in pizza.

Messy. I get having to watch my step for kids, this being a family friendly place. But for the second visit in a row there were napkins and pizza crust all over the floor. Some tables, crowded with plates and leftovers when we arrived, were still that way when we left…

This is hands down the worst CiCi’s EVER!!! YES, EVER!!!
We went after church, because it is down the street from the church. It doesn’t matter how close the place is, if you get sick from eating there!!! All 5 of us had stomach issues for 2 days after eating there. They did not have many pizzas out when we first got there maybe 3, 4 at most. The chicken soup was lukewarm, but decent flavor. The pizzas were really not all that good when they did make new ones. There were trays left on the tables, and they were not bussed very quickly.
All in all I would give them a possible 0 star, but our choices start at 1 star.

The Cici’s Pizza in Rockwall is my candidate for ‘best pizza buffet’ in town, but that doesn’t mean it’s truly an amazing place to dine. There have been times when the pizza just sit there, or the sauce literally has the consistency of water, but it’s usually worth your trip. The staff is friendly, at least, and are good with making special orders and delivering them to you in an efficient manner.
