I had a great time at Pinot Palette. I’ve never done it before so maybe I’m just a fraaking newb, and don’t have a legitimate thought on it but here goes. When we showed up the Artist(Ej) greeted us and pointed us to our easels and directed us to the bar(werd). EJ was very nice and guided us through our class patiently and slowly so that we could all stay up to date. He encouraged us to try our own thing and I even ordered a pizza from dominos while I was painting and drinking! The team here seems to be really nice and I’m not really sure why there aren’t as many positive reviews. Maybe I’m missing something but I had a nice time and they have some really cool options for people to paint! Give it a shot !

Getting ahold of these people was difficult. The prices listed on the website are entirely UNCLEAR and there IS a price per person regardless of what the website says. The manager, Angelo, refuses to honor any billing mistakes and talks down to customers. They ruined the event and night for us. The instructor was great, but I will NEVER do business with the people again.

I reserved a private party at this location and everything was perfect as we expected. we started on time and were able to finish the painting. Instructor helped us and made the paiting very easy and fun. all of our group enjoyed the class.

A number of things made this a disappointing experience: –difficulty level was high. Apparently classes scheduled for two hours are easier than those scheduled for three. I found that out at the end of the class. –teacher couldn’t manage the time. I even heard the boss tell her privately«they’re not going to finish.» Class was scheduled to last until 10, we finished after 10:30. –seats are very close together and the table behind me was 10 women who showed up drunk and LOUD. I could have done without shrieking drunk women right next to me. They spilled over everything on their table, water cups, drinks, paint, everything. — value. For $ 45 each, I expected a lot more. If it had been a groupon or something, it would have been ok. Only plus was fresh-baked cookies and reasonably priced drinks. Maybe if you pre-gamed and chose an easier painting you’d enjoy it more.
