Dr. Tran was recommended to me by a friend. Apparently, he has been at this location for about 6 months. He was quick and efficient with the exam. I didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes. He thoroughly explained everything he was doing, and I was in and out of there. Everything you can ask for from an Optometrist. I didn’t deal with the other side of the business.

OK, this might be the worst Pearle Vision location I’ve EVER seen. It’s small. It’s kind of dirty. It is not welcoming. Just calling to make the appointment, I was kind of wary. .. the person I spoke to on the phone spoke poor/broken English. I was not sure what to expect when I arrived. BUT, Dr. Tran made the whole experience worth it. He was wonderful!!! He might be the best optometrist I have EVER seen!!! He took so much time with me. He explained everything. He was soooo understanding of my fear of the glaucoma test machine. He gave his truthful and honest opinion on the best contacts for me. Sooo, while this office isn’t exactly the most pleasant, Dr. Tran is SO worth the time. I will continue to come here, as long as he is here.(and if he moves, I will follow him to his new office!!!)

Dr. Tran was great, very professional and personable. He took time to answer all of my questions and even provided me with literature and product suggestions. The sales person was good although I felt that she was highly tensed. However, the owner Susan was horrible! Susan was rude, unprofessional towards the customers and overbearing towards the sales clerk. I left with only having my eye exam completed due to Susan’s lack of customer service and mistreatment of the sales person. If Dr. Tran were to change locations, I would use his services again.

Terrible. I spent 580.00 on 2 pairs of glasses 1 polycarb clear and 1 tinted polycarb as sunshades. My tinted ones go scratched doing some boating so I took them to a Walmart in Plano off Coit to get the lenses replaced and found out that the«polycarb» tinted glasses were in fact just regular plastic lenses with a cheap non-uv tinting. They were also about 2x as thick as both the new actual UV lenses I got at Walmart and the clear ones I originally got. No wonder why I always got a headache when changing glasses. I will never be back here or any other Pearle vision as long as I live.
