Used to be my favorite place to get consistent cold brew for 4 years. Not sure what happened, but since about 3 months ago, it becomes seriously a hit or miss every time. A first I thought it was due to an influx of new employee, so I gave them time.
Asked a barista today, and apparently different kind of beans are used for the cold brew depending on what is on hand. Some beans are just not good for cold brew. It tasted like slightly flavored water (see my picture on how light colored it is).
It’s okay to want to use different beans, but not ‘whatever’ is in hand. Consistency is important. Hope this get fixed soon.

Great coffee with excellent robust flavor. One of the best Americano’s I’ve had in a while.
Great customer service and awesome vibe inside the café. See myself coming back here with my dog to enjoy some coffee out on the patio area.
