Showed up today for my appointment I made for a Lipo shot which should take about 5 minutes. When I arrived she told me I would have to wait 30 minutes! What? That’s why I made appt. I am on my lunch break. Wanted to be in and out. Very bad first impression for a new customer. So I left!

Love the ladies @ Novapelle! I’ve done ²⁄₆ treatments on brazilian, underarms and chin areas and am very satisfied with the results. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The office is under a little bit of construction, but still clean and professional. I’ve felt attended to and comfortable with my entire experience so far. I saw their deals on Groupon and went to for a consultation. They honored the Groupon rate for 3 separate areas and my total was only $ 600 for 6 treatments each area. Keep in mind that you’ll have to purchase numbing cream before every treatment if you want respite from the laser, but it’s worth it and I’m glad I can get it from them with out a pharmacy Rx. Looking forward to doing more areas in the future and recommending them to friends and family.

Don’t go here. I purchased a Groupon and they did a bait-​and-​switch on me. Now I’m stuck with a $ 1,000 bill on top of what I already paid and I never received any service. There are other reputable places in town.

so far this place is a winner. been twice to do treatment on my lip and haven’t had any issue with appointments. parking is plenty. the treatment isn’t my fav thing to do since it stings but i’ll finish what i started. front staff is very friendly. will be back.

I purchased a groupon for 6 laser hair removal treatments. Overall, the treatments seemed to be working but their machines HURT like crazy. It was like I was being tortured every time I had an appointment. I’m not sure if I’m just really sensitive but I would actually dread going in for my treatments. I even purchased the numbing cream that they offered but that didn’t help either. I stopped going after my 5^th one because of the pain. Hopefully they’ve upgraded their machines since then! I’ve purchased treatments from 2 other places and their machines were like massages compared to those.

I had a good experience overall. I purchased 6 treatments for $ 99 (small area) during a special, which is so worth it. Being darker skinned, I was very wary about laser hair removal, having head that it can burn the skin since the machine detects pigment. The staff answered all of my questions/​concerns, and even explained the settings and how it works. 6 treatments done and no skin burns… and more importantly, no hair. They offer some touch ups on the house. I can’t say the process is painless, but it’s fast and tolerable. I asked one of the techs if it’s more painful than a tattoo and she laughed… if you can handle body art, this will be nothing (apparently). They’re pretty strict on their cancellation policy, so don’t be late/​cancel last minute.

I would give this place a 0 but there is no option for that. Please contact me if you are interested in filing a complaint with The Attorneys General Office in Texas and The BBB. This is TOO painful and when I signed up years ago, they NEVER disclosed to me verbally or in writing, that the laser was going to be increased EVERY time you went in for an appointment. It’s too painful!!! I would have NEVER signed up for my entire body to be lasered. Now they hired a collections agency because they want around $ 700. Do not use this company… read all their reviews, they’re NOT GOOD! And when I confronted them about this, they said they couldn’t do anything about it!

I came across this place while searching Unilocal for Laser hair removal places, and this caught my attention. I purchased the 6 treatments for $ 199, which is a great deal considering I went to a place that charged $ 200 for each session! So far, I’ve been twice and I am seeing great results! I’ll continue to update with every treatment I receive.

I stumbled upon Novopelle while digging through one of my many discount/​Groupon-​esque emails. I am writing this review after two visits here for laser hair removal.
I was interested in affordable laser hair removal at a convenient location, in a clean facility, and with trained staff. Fortunately for me, Novopelle meets all of this criteria. My technicians have both been pleasant and have told me what to expect after each treatment. Scheduling is easy, as they have an online appointment system and are also reachable by phone. Let me reiterate that the pricing is the lowest by far that I have seen for LHR.
I would recommend arriving early and if you can, blocking out extra time around your appointment, as I see that they sometimes run late. The treatment, however, takes mere minutes. Also be sure to read their website for before & after care procedures.

The staff are extremely friendly and cheerful. The service is excellent as well — sometimes I am a couple of minutes late but they never complain and they are always on time. I was sold an additional service but there was no «hard sell» they just let me know about a promotion and I decided to go with it. I got a great deal on Groupon but the prices are pretty reasonable even off the bat.
