I have owned a Miele oven for several years. They are great appliances until you need to get one fixed– buyer beware! I have now been thru 2 Christmas’s trying to get my oven repaired, have spent dozens of hours on the phone, talked to the Miele showroom in Dallas Design district, and still no one to repair my ovens. There were only 5 techs in Dallas for their appliances. One died, one moved to Florida, one is so incompetent that is was scary and the other two are ghosts, because I could never get an appointment. I am at the point of just ripping this very expensive oven out of the wall– so if you are smart you will go and buy a GE product that any one can fix. These people are the absolute worst I have ever seen. Really… These people should not be in business

I’m a huge fan of Miele products! Quality German stuff is all the rage in my home. I like this design center, clean, simple, product display in more of a home style. Who wants to see a typical home depot layout? I went in to get me a new vacuum and had a great salesman show me the selection and they even had it in stock. They would have delivered free, but I wanted it NOW. They have cooking demo’s here and classes… who would have thunk it? I’ll be dropping by soon to replace my coffee maker. I’m going back for a free demo that came with my purchase and I’ll take some more pics of the inside! This is a no pressure sales environment. If you go here it’s because you have money to blow on top of the line appliances… there is no other reason to stop by and browse. It’s smaller inside than you may think, but the products are there to see.
