I will never buy anything from Ferguson ever again. I purchased a complete set of Jenn-Air appliances at about $ 20,000 for my kitchen remodel, including: built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, warming drawer, induction cooktop, vent hood, and wine refrigerator. You’d think that after spending that kind of money, I would get some decent service but I didn’t. Purchasing was relatively easy but nothing else was. We needed the vent hood installed before the other appliances because the new island had to be lined up to it. Ferguson installers came out to install but were unsuccessful. My general contractor ended up getting some of his guys to install it. When the remodel was completed, we had Ferguson come out with the remaining appliances to install it. The installers were very sloppy and didn’t protect the brand new, just installed solid hardwood floors. As a result, they scratched up the floor in the kitchen, which required the floor installers to come back out and repair the floor. A couple of days after the appliances were installed, I noticed a small dent on the bottom of the dishwasher. I called my sales rep and he said he would get someone out to take care of it. No one ever came. As if all this wasn’t bad enough, and to add insult to injury, I have been trying for the past six months to get the certificate number of the«Jenn-Air certified» installer who came to my house so that I can register my appliances and get a two-year warranty instead of a one-year warranty. I have called multiple times and talked to multiple people but to no avail. Apparently, getting a simple certificate number for one installer is just WAY too much trouble for Ferguson that they can’t even do that. As a result of their inability to provide the smallest form of service(after spending so much money), I’m losing one year of my warranty. But Ferguson does not give a hoot! It’s pretty obvious that they don’t care, as can be seen by the other review left here. Had I known how awful their service was, I would have gone somewhere else and paid more for the same appliances if needed.

I will never give Ferguson any business again. I purchased an $ 11k+ built-in refrigerator from Ferguson. The installation process was extremely poor. It is not who you buy from but the installation team that they use that is the key and Ferguson clearly falls short in all respects. On the installation date, the Ferguson crew removed my existing refrigerator and left a 36 inch scratch on my hard wood floor. The crew was unable to install the new refrigerator and it sat in my garage for a month. The initial crew had never installed this type of refrigerator before and they were literally on their smartphone with their boss being told how to do it. They were unable to do so, but only after telling me that I had to make several alterations. The electrician was at my house to move the electrical outlet when their new installer arrived and told us that the changes required by the previous installation team were not necessary. Great, I think, that saves me some money other than the service charge for the electrician. Next week, the installer returns to install the refrigerator. Several parts are missing from the initial delivery. Another week later and his return visit. Except he doesn’t show up. For a week. Ferguson manager no longer returns my phone calls, just has the installer call to apologize. He finally shows-up and installs the refrigerator. He doesn’t remove the packaging material but I am just happy to get him out of my house. I will never buy from Ferguson again.
