Medical Resource Management is a third party medical billing service in the medical provider industry. I recently called their office to pay the amount that the insurance did not pay. Instead of just taking the payment information these guys got rude, caustic, and insulting because I requested an itemized statement. I have never been treated so rudely when paying a bill.
If your health care provider uses Medical Resource Management for billing, I would find another health care provider or recommend that they use another billing service.
