For food from a truck it’s tasty, but pricey. I would highly recommend this food truck to any foodie. steamed chicken dumplings are on point. If you have an appetite I recommend the #4 red bell pepper, jalapeño, coconut and thai coconut curry. mm mm m deeeelicious!!!

SO. SLOW. (And expensive.) These two things should not equate. Maybe you should have more than two people working an evening shift at Klyde Warren Park when an event is occurring. And maybe you should prepare some of the food beforehand. Just a thought.

3.5÷5! Food: Flavorful food! #6 was the honey soy rice bowl and I got that with chicken. It’s not worth the price, in my opinion, but maybe if a dollar less, that would be much more reasonable. Thai rolls(also with chicken) were delicious! Almost like spring rolls but fatter and more flavorful. And the sauce that came with it was SPICY. Not for the weak. All with really fresh ingredients which is a plus. Just overall a bit expensive but good portions. Service: Fast and friendly!

Amazing fun, fresh food and fantastic service. I had the vegetarian soy sauce rice bowl(#6) and loved it. Try the lettuce wraps– they’re out of this world and they’re served with the most rockin spicy sauce. Very vegetarian friendly, but also plenty of meat options. Met Ally tonight while she was working there and she was an absolute doll. Don’t miss out!

Expensive and not worth it. Not a big portion like most other food trucks in Dallas. The snow cones are good!

Mediocre food, at a price. I paid an extra $ 3 for broccoli and got 3 flowerettes. Rip off, really 3 crowns of broccoli for $ 3. @$#% off with your down the middle food

Note, I have been spoiled by amazing Asian food trucks in LA, so I am critical in this category. I got the veggie with the #2 sauce(tangy, chili-lime). I wanted something unique to the truck, so the associated suggested number 2. I love cashews, especially cooked, so I thought this would be the right choice She also said #7 is good, but again, recommended #2 for a little spice. While okay, the sauce was not my fave; maybe I’ll try the Thai one next time. There seemed to be too much of the red sauce, which tasted too much of catsup than chili-lime. Also, not enough veggies, though I like the mix, specifically the oyster mushrooms and water chestnuts. I also suggest Mad Grill adds tofu to the vegetarian entrée. The sauce was also spicier than expected, and associate said medium to mild, so just a heads up. Sauce to rice ratio is not right either. Also, super expensive. Food trucks should be a cheaper option to restaurants, primarily because they have low overhead costs, but nope, not this one. If conveniently located near work and if super hungry, I might try another sauce. We’ll see. Otherwise, not worth another shot.

Decided to go check out the park in Dallas and this truck seemed interesting. I got a Chicken Bowl with Asian BBQ. It was good with lots of flavor but once I got about half way through my meal the heat was getting to me. I’m not sure what it was but the spice was a little too much for me.

Ordered the beef char Sui bowl with white rice and it was actually pretty yummy. The beef was braised and easy to chew on. Sauce was sweet and deep with mushroom flavors. Only reason it’s not 4 stars is because of the price; it’s a little too steep. Steamed chicken dumplings were average, nothing to shout about.

The #1(peanut sauce) with chicken was absolutely delicious, but I could have done without the awkward soggy piece of lettuce used as an accent. Chives or green onions might be better for a splash of color. The line moved incredibly slow, and wasn’t helped by the fact that the orders are taken and delivered out of the same window. I’ll definitely be back to try the Thai rolls and Asian slaw that were out when I was there this time.

Say helloooOooo to the brand new food truck on the block! I was roaming about Klyde Warren park one day hangryyy. Let me tell you about hangry. Hangry is an emotion a person feel when hungry. It’s a cross over of angry and hungry. It’s that feeling you get when you’re not fed on a timely matter. There were only two trucks available that day. I already had the other one so I decided to give this one a try. Not sure what I was thinking before ordering but I read the other review and Ashley L.(shout out!) raved about the ginger bowl so I had to get it! instead of chicken or veggie, I got my ginger bowl with beef. Woot! One good description of the bowl is that it taste like the ginger sauce that goes on the salad when you order a bento box at sushi restaurants. You know the salad that usually follows by miso soup? YEAH, THATGINGERSAUCE! ITWASGREATTTTT!!! I love ginger! it’s good for your immune system! They give you a generous scoop of rice and meat. There is also lettuce in the bowl so you get all of the food groups in one bowl. I thought it was good and I loved it! They are not stingy with their sauces so ask for more if you need more. A bowl is about $ 8 depending on the meat you pick. The beef was a little less than $ 10 so about average in pricing. Not too bad and flavor was definitely there!

Cannot stop thinking about the tangy #7 chicken bowl(Japanese mini-salad with specialty ginger sauce and spicy mayo) that I had today! There were stationed in Fort Worth at a hospital event and I’m so glad they were there. Would love to see them at a stable location but for now would 100% recommend booking them for any event — wedding, children’s party, corporate party anything. They’ve got the whole package with their meal — rice, greens, meat. They are also efficient and fast at getting orders out. Because they were expecting so many people, they only had white rice instead of brown but I’m sure the owner would be open to adjusting to your needs.
