Kwik-E-Mart

Good location with a little bit of a small parking lot. It stays pretty busy as well.

This is a 7 – 11 with high gas prices and a place to buy lotto tickets.

We decided to venture over to the Kwik-​E-​Mart on July 4^th b/​c the rain was messing with all of our plans. Wow, this is marketing genius! There were lines wrapped around the inside to get «Squishees»…otherwise known as Slurpee’s. The employees had on fictional name tags, but I did not see Apu. They even had security there because of the Buzz Cola frenzy.
In all honesty, it is pretty funny, with signs such as «Thanks for Loitering, Come Again». But, it really looks like they just threw $ 5000 worth of cardboard up to change the face of 7 – 11. It is worth a drive-​by but I have a hard time believing that the Simpson items will one day be collectors items. Apparently, I was in the minority that day b/​c the crowd could not get enough. Another good reason to go… the people watching is stellar.
