I was very skeptical as I approached but I was glad I decided to go in. Very good Dorian and taro cakes like nothing I have tried before. Best coffee and Fran I have ever had! It’s a must stop if you’re willing to try new things.

She is always out of her steamed buns and doesn’t appear to make sure her products are available. Here on a Saturday around 1 pm and looks like she is out of pâté chaud as well. The place needs more employees to ensure products are available. Won’t be back due to lack of availability of her food products.

Awesome Vietnamese bakery with all kinds of goodies, viet iced coffee (café sua da), taro buns, the stamped durian (i think its mung bean base?) cake, sticky rice with durian (soy sau rieng) and sesame dessert (banh tieu) are my favorites. If you’re hungry for meat they have ground pork steamed buns (banh bao), and ground meat wrapped in puff pastry n baked into fluffy goodness (pâté chaud) for perfect sized snacks. Great place to check out when you’re feeling super Vietnamese! lol. Super friendly owners might even let you try samples if you’re overwhelmed. Cash or check only:)

Awesome bakery even for the limited pallet of a typical nacho eating Texan. I love the fresh homemade tasty treats! The ice coffee is a must have. Soooo much better than Starbucks :)

I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried here. The owner is very friendly, and ever present. I stopped in for a red bean fix, and ended up trying several different items. Now I’m addicted to the Chinese donut they sell. Kim Ninh is a delightful addition to my neighborhood.
