KFC

I have to be brutally honest with my fellow Unilocalers. This location is a hit and miss with me. Been to this place on many occasions including today and the chicken is never fresh. Biscuits are not enjoyable. The only thing that this place has going is their sides other than than nothing else.
I feel that the prices are extremely overpriced. Yeah there may be a special formula they have that makes there chicken special, but whats the point when the chicken is never fresh.
I really gave this KFC location a 1.5 star. Customer service needs some work too. The cashier looked unhappy and her tone of voice was unhappy.

Went to this kfc on Monday for the special little did I know the chicken wasn’t the only special so was the cashier as well as the manager on duty. Neither one of them could add said my order was $ 8.64. The special was 2@ $ 2.99 each. Told me 3 times that was the right price. I said no 3+3 is 6 not 8 so bring on the smart ass manager to agree with the. Stupid cashier. Once again 3+3 is 6. Not 8 then the manager told me to calm down. Finally got it right after 15ins but the food completely wrong what should I expect the manager prepared the food. Idiot

Visited this KFC for a late night dinner w my wife (12÷18÷14). Service was pretty good in terms of timing, but we were the only ones in the drive thru. I ordered 3 PC w coleslaw, they forgot the coleslaw but put in a cookie. Wtf? Ok I let the lady know and she still charged me for the coleslaw even though SHE messed up my order. Whatever, I’ll just go elsewhere next time. I don’t forget bad service.

Terrible place. Took them 15 minutes to make grilled chicken and sat through the drive thru. It’s on the hood, maybe that’s part of it

The people of Pleasant Grove cant get a break we have 2 KFC’s and both are the worst in Dallas. The one on Buckner & Umphress forgets to give you your whole order or either they are out of stuff, I went there 2 weeks ago I really love their cole slaw I ordered a one piece grill with mash potatoes and cole slaw I got home and had mac & cheese receipt said slaw I have complained to this store so many times and have gotten free food more than once due to their errors and apology from a manager but the service never improves. So tonight (after a long time of not going to the Samuel location because they never get orders right and when you go here its like a Dr,‘s visit due to the length of time you have to wait.) I went and ordered a one piece grill an older lady who sounded like a manager rushed me through my drive thru order and repeated back to me my order 1 piece grill slaw and mashed potatoes oh and a pepper. I get home hardly not being able to wait to taste that cole slaw I get home once again disappointment sets in. I opened the bag I had chicken, mashed potatoes and a pepper. Where the Hell is my slaw. Both of these locations need to be closed because not only is the employees not doing their job but the managers area managers and district managers are not competent enough to make sure their employees do their job correctly. free food for inconvenience is nice, but having to make multiple trips just to satisfy a craving is ridiculous. I will not be going back to either of these locations, I will just look on the internet and find a kfc cole slaw recipe to make on my own.

This is the worst KFC i have ever been too, and i have been to a lot in the DFW area. During the last 3 times i have went there they got my order wrong, giving me dark meat chicken instead of white meat (Which i i feel was on purpose) because the receipts all had the right order 2PC Breast & Wing.
The one guy at the drive-​thru kind of looks like the comedian Katt Williams, but i take this as no joke and he plays it off like it’s funny when it clearly is not. Besides the order issues, the quality of the meat is horrendous and i am beginning to question if it’s even healthy at all.
Please stay away from this KFC, i love KFC original chicken but this is not the one to go to.

I don’t even know why I’m reviewing KFC to be honest with you. Probably because I’m bored to death, sitting in this drive-​thru for the past 25 minutes.
