Great same-​day cleaning. Everything came out perfect. Replaced a missing button on my suit jacket the same day. Terrific service. My new go-​to cleaner!

I dropped my clothes off for the first time here and think they came out great! I dropped off at 5:30 on monday and they were ready at 5:00 the next day. The drive-​through is super convenient and Joe helped me get all my clothes into my car. the clothes look good and don’t have that gross drycleaning smell that some places tend to have.

I took in a set of curtains to hem a few inches, and thought it would be safe to take them to a dry cleaner since it was a simple alteration. The first time I got them back, one curtain was almost 2 inches longer than the other curtain. The curtains were also brand new, and I notice there was a stain on one of them. I took them back and they were very nice about fixing the length and cleaning the curtains for free. Unfortunately, when I picked them up the second time the stain was still there and they still weren’t even in length. They may be a good dry cleaner, but steer clear when it comes to alterations.

My husband dropped a glob of ketchup covered mess on a beautiful linen suit. I didn’t know how to begin to treat it so I dabbed a bit of club soda on it and immediately dropped it off the next morning. I avoided going back to pick up for a week because I just didn’t want to know that his suit was ruined, but I worried for nothing. They worked magic! Suit looks perfect!

I live in the area and have two small children so was pleased when a dry cleaner opened with drive through service. I used this dry cleaner weekly over the course of several months. However, a couple of weeks ago, I submitted my receipt for one men’s dress shirt and the employee told me that I had no dry cleaning to pick up. I told her that wasn’t possible because (a) I had a receipt showing I had something to pick up, which receipt I submit back each time I pick up dry cleaning; and (b) I remembered dropping off the shirt two days before (I described the color, brand, size, etc. of the shirt). I was told that she would look for the shirt and get back to me. (Stupidly, I surrendered the receipt showing the prior drop off.) Of course, I called back a couple of times and each time received a vague response about her checking into it. My husband then asked that I pick up all the outstanding dry cleaning. I told him there was nothing outstanding and at that point, I realized I was missing two more men’s dress shirts. Joe O’s was the only cleaner that I had gone to in the past few months and the shirts were new (a month old) so I knew they had to be lost, along with the other shirt, at Joe Os. I again called and asked for the 3 missing shirts. I’ll save you the details, but in short, Joe O’s «investigated» the situation, told me a random date that I picked up 3 shirts and said that demonstrates the shirts were not lost. I’ve never been one to count and itemize items that I drop off as I go to the dry cleaner. In this instance, I lost 3 shirts because I failed to do that. Advice: (1) don’t use this dry cleaner; (2) if you use this dry cleaner, make sure you know and can document what you dropped off! Otherwise, you might not get everything back and they are not going to help you locate it!

It is about twice as expensive as Dry Clean Super Center, but the price paid is well worth it for the quality of cleaning and pressing. I felt like they treated my clothes with a lot of care.
Drive-​thru service is convenient, and you pay when you pick up (rather than when you drop off).

Easy parking, good customer service, and seemingly reasonable prices. Under $ 10 for dry cleaning a skirt/​jacket set. Two-​three day turn around. Longish hours for a dry cleaning place too (til 7pm).
You also don’t have to pay until you pick up, which is nice because it makes the dropping off faster. They do have a drive up window on the side facing Mockingbird as well. The last time I was in the dude tried to give me someone else’s sweater. Thankfully I was paying attention and was like nooooo! Hopefully whoever dropped off that blue v-​neck gets it back!

Went to Joe’s for the first time today. Wow, glad to find them. So far it may be the best cleaners I’ve found.
