I love Jimmy John’s ! I order from them at least 2 or three times a month. I always order online and there usually pretty quick 10 to 15 minutes top. Tonight was a different case. It took them an hour and half to deliver my food. I started to get a little irritated and found out they where busier then usual. I’m going to stop my rant and get to the point the guy that was delivering was new and got lost, so I helped him find my place and he sand a thank you for choosing Jimmy John’s. It made my night.

Just ordered delivery online, ordered the Vito, added some customizations, and ordered a drink. I received my order within 20 minutes! My order is perfect. Everything I asked for. A very fresh, yummy sub! My boyfriend took my vehicle today so I wanted something cheap and good that could be delivered. The prices are great for the quality of the subs. Super quick and easy! Despite complaints I’ve heard, I have never been disappointed with Jimmy John’s!

Everytime I eat JJ’s (which is often), I say, «I could eat Jimmy John’s everyday!» Tru Dat! Fresh ingredients, fresh bread, extremely fast service. I’ve never been disappointed with my many experiences at a JJ’s. I will continue to visit this sandwich chain until they shut down (which I hope is never) or I move somewhere Jimmy John’s does not exist! (Which would be devastating! Lol) Definitely one of my favorites!

Per the picture this place is kept very clean and tidy. I like that I can see the whole food prep area, no back door area where we can’t see what they are doing.
It is true what they say about speed, I was in and eating in less than 5 min.
I like their unwhich option for those trying to cut some Extra carbs. Over all a very good Jimmy franchise, 4 stars!

Not happy with Jimmy Johns. so I ordered online from them because I had no time for a lunch and decided I needed something fast that would deliver. I ordered a simple sandwich with the bread out, cut in half and the mustard and mayo. When my sandwich arrived you would be suprised to see that NONE, not even one thing that I had asked for or better yet checked off on their list was done. So of course I call and just to let them know about my sandwich mix up and the manager «James» did not seem to care or be apologetic. So he ended the conversation with «we’ll do it right next time». (In another note the delivery boy and the clerk that answered were wonderful)

Jimmy John’s oh Jimmy John’s how I heart thee! Their sandwiches are always good to me. And prices are very very affordable. They don’t ever skimp out on the toppings or the meat, always just the right amount of everything. And their bread always seems fresh, which of course is a positive thing!!!

I first would like to say, I LOVE JIMMY JOHNS!
I was hugely disappointed that they refused to deliver to my apartment which is less then 1.5 mile away from there location, because it is a «deadzone» meaning no jimmy johns can deliver there, between hillcrest and waterview on Frankford.
I find that very strange because there are tons of apartments and a few businesses as well that I am sure would order Jimmy Johns.
This needs to be changed soon!

You know the drill… They make a great sandwich for a chain. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This location is very clean and I never have an issue sitting down and enjoying my meal. The delivery is very speedy as well. One of my favorite Jimmy Johns!

I love Jimmy John’s for the variety of sandwiches and the friendly service and convenient location. I visited right before they closed, and the employees were super friendly.
The prices are convenient, and their prices are decent. There’s a dining area that was clean. I’ll definitely come back, but if you’re in the mood for fresh sandwiches, come here!

Why don’t I go to JJ’s more often? I seriously think it’s a company policy to only hire attractive young men as employees. Every JJ’s has been staffed with them! Not complaining.
Anyway, their sandwiches are awesome and I am always in the mood for JJ’s. I actually went most recently during their Customer Appreciation Day, and I can say that I definitely felt appreciated.
Their prices are reasonable and service is friendly! Friendly and attractive.. . :-P Anyway, back to reality. I definitley recommend this place for super fast service and delish food. One of my FAVORITE fast food spots.
