Typically love sandwich shops — I’m not sure what all the hype is for Jimmy Johns. The ingredients are plain Jane. I was never been asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted? The sandwich seemed more like a salad with little to no ingredients on it — overwhelming amounts of lettuce and little to no flavor overall.

I was way too excited to get a simple sandwich. The area I live in doesn’t have a Jimmy John’s, and it’s one of my favorite sub shops. I like the simplicity of their sandwiches. It wasn’t a very busy time of the day, sot here were only two employees from what I could see, and they both were very friendly. Will definitely go back whenever I’m in the area again.

They couldn’t deliver to me so the gal went online and looked up the location that would deliver to me! This was the third jimmy johns I called and the others didn’t offer to help and just put me on long holds.

In the past, I’ve loved this store and ordered from them all the time with really fast delivery. However, I still haven’t received my order tonight that I placed over 50 minutes ago. I called the store since no one called me regarding the backup, and was told it was on the way 20 minutes ago. I placed an order a few weeks ago that took over 30 minutes, but I was hoping it was a one time deal since I’ve loved the quick service in the past… Unfortunately it is no longer fast delivery! I won’t be relying on this store anymore…

I’m so angry right now we were on my lunch break in a friend we spent most of our time trying to find a parking spot cuz all the other businesses were taking hot all the parking spots I’m going to send a email to every company on that property Stars already got my Fit foods now it is Jimmy John’s turn and yes I told them I was going to I think they chuckled at me it didn’t take me seriously what now Jimmy Johns

Only get a sandwich from here if you actually go in and order, their delivery sucks. Twice in one week my order has either been messed up or never delivered (from all locations within a mile and a half, which is atleast 3 different locations) I’m very unimpressed, and I usually like this place.

Walked in here last night to grab sandwich on my way home. All three employees standing around on their phones. Ordered a sub with hot peppers and grabbed some chips got home and of course no peppers on my sandwich. You have one job to do and your too busy playing on your phone to do it.
