Jack In the Box

When i m looking at the reviews i wonder if i m going to the same Jack in the Box. I have always had great experience at this location. It is a popular Jack’s so sometimes the drive thru maybe busy. Name of that is not busy at times.
The crew at this location is friendly, smiling and they try to make the experience is pleasant as possible. And for me i will Keep going to this location. Convenient, friendly and always smiling. Signed Diet coke and 2 tacos… regularly…larry s

6 ants in my soda. They merely apologized and nothing else. Not like I’d ever go back. But ew!
Never returning to this location.
I mean… Unless you like ants.

Oh lord, where do I begin. This location is absolutely INCAPABLE of completing an order correctly. Not once in the last year of going here has an order been accurate. Tonight we were the ONE car in the drive thru, and they still failed to complete the order, forgetting a cowboy burger. Which caused the driver to have to RETURN TO THE RESTAURANT to pick up the forgotten burger, which had been sitting there since we left and was cold. Further that burger was also missing ingredients, and was burnt and inedible. Moreover the driver had to also eat COLD FOOD. If I could give no stars I would. This place sucks. WHATTABURGER FROM NOW ON I guess. SORRY JACK, I GUESS YOU’RE STAYING IN YOUR BOX FOR A WHILE!!! #byejack

Wow. I just spent the last 30 minutes waiting in their drive thru. Slow. Slow. Slow.
No customer service. I even said to the cashier «you’re not very friendly are you?»
And she said «no. »

Yep, this kind of food is not good for me, but sometimes I have to do it.
I’ve done it at least a dozen times at this establishment since I moved to Dallas last fall, so this assessment is not based on one experience. Granted, I’ve only been in the drive-​thru, but its been many different hours/​shifts/​weekdays/​menu choices.
The fried stuff has never been rancid tasting, the biscuits and buns are never dry, the hot food is hot, the cold cold, they’ve never gotten our order wrong or forgotten to give us something, the line is always short and/​or fast, and the staff are unfailingly polite and cheerful.

I realize that this is fast food. But even fast food can be good enough to recommend. This place sucks. I was shopping at other venues on Maple ave, and stopped in for a quick combo. I went to the restroom to wash my hands, and suddenly this underage (teen) fat, loud, black kid, started in telling me I had to use the ladies restroom b/​c the mens was out of order, and locked. He kept on, and on, about it, and was loud, annoying and obnoxious. He wasn’t in any type of uniform, and obviously didn’t work there. I asked him who he was talking to, and he got mad when I told him to mind his own business. During my attempt to place my order, he kept on about” somebody is gonna get their ass whooped”. It was at that moment, that the large (300 lb) woman behind the counter in a JB uniform, exited through the door, and apparently told Junior to shut up. He then comes to the counter, pushes his way past me, and «demands» an order of onion rings from the Male Mgr. who was taking my order. My conclusion is that Junior got suspended from school, or at 2:30pm he wouldn’t have been there harassing the customers. Apparently, the only way for his «mom» to watch him was to bring him to work with her. I’ve babysat newborn puppies with overactive bladders that were less trouble that this teen was. They don’t have their stuff together, as managers in this unit, and you can do way better elsewhere. They aren’t interested in living up the the Jack in the Box brand, but rather, are more interested in being a «gansta» hangout, for drug dealers, and Future Carjackers of America. The only reason I gave it a star is b/​c Unilocal doesn’t offer a half-​star rating that I know of.
