I wasn’t very impressed when I had in and out burger. I think they’re just okay. I have always heard so many people rant and rave about how great their food is but I must say this was just a ok type of burger. The french fries were so nasty, really dry and lacked life which is bad since they are made fresh. My overall experience has not been one I would like to repeat anytime soon.

This place is unreal. People line up for underwhelming fast food hamburgers bc it’s a novelty. I’d rather have McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Burger Street, Whataburger, Five Guys, Smashburger… but not Burger King. These burger are below average and there’s no reason to go.

The food was ok compared to different burger places but to me is like a smash burger taste you just don’t pick your toppings

I wasn’t impressed when I had in and out burger. I think they’re okay. They were on the way to school so I stopped by often to get food to go and eat on the way to night class. It was just convenient. I don’t like their special sauce and I’m pretty sure it’s a thousand island sauce. I don’t get my burger with animal style either. I keep my cheeseburger simple with fries and a chocolate shake.

Burgers were great. My wife and I had to travel to Dallas and like usual we either go to In-n-Out burger or Taco Bueno. Burgers won out this evening and boy were they good. To be honest we think Whataburger is a better but we only go there when we don’t mind shelling out well over $ 5 for a hamburger which is NEVER. I prefer a great burger for $ 2.50…In-N-Out is the best value in a burger I’ve found. My wife is always awed by how clean the restaurant and bathrooms are.

If I was to compare California in n out vs Texas in n out I would pick California every time. Seeing that I am from Oklahoma and have no choice Dallas is the closest I can get to my in n out craving Usually the in n out in the Dallas areas seem to be all next to the interstate and there seems to be at least 8 of them spread out within the city area. This one the lettuce was fresh and crisp and the tomato not runny but a good red juicy color. Onion was crunchy and if you want you can ask for it to be grilled which is what my husband got. I did the raw simply because someone told me the raw was more healthier but that’s just me. Towards the end of the burger it got kinda runny due to the tomato juices and the sauce mixing in so you have to eat it quickly. Also for some reason this was the first time I noticed the meat being salty. Other than that, my craving for an in n out burger was well met. Considering I only get his burger maybe once or twice a year.

I don’t know how they do it, but whether drive thru or inside counter, they are always slow. I won’t go unless there are no cars in front of me and I have time to burn. The chocolate shakes are great, but the fries are just so– so, sometimes almost entirely stubs. They’re cheap, but I’d rather go almost anywhere else.

Great to have every once and a while. Always gotta stick with the no salt on burger and fries. And if you’re feeling like breaking the diet you could always get animal style but that’s just not for me.

Good food at a reasonable price. Only problem I have with this business you always have to clean a table before you seat. Someone needs to do their job.

First time having In-N-Out, & now I’ll have to deal with this forbidden love affair because I live on the East Coast. Friendly & prompt service. Clean interior. Good food. Will definitely revisit again.

Little burgers and thin … Buns are greasy and the fries are so short and hard they remind me of canned French fry stix. What A Burger is 100 times better with better burgers and shakes.

Best burger ever! this in-n-out provided great service and I actually visited here twice on my stay at dallas. I would definitely return and I love the freshness and quality. I ordered the normal cheeseburger on my first visit and the protein(lettuce wrap) cheeseburger on my next!

FINALLY! After all the talk I finally got to try this joint. I ordered from the«not so secret«menu. Double double animal style with well done fries! Amazing. Better and less expensive than five guys; though I may give five guys the edge when it comes to the fries. If you ever get a chance to eat at an In-N-Out…DOIT.

Sorry, I lived out west and I’ve had way more than my share of In-N-Out, and this place does not measure up whatsoever to the standards this company set on the West Coast. Perhaps it’s just the distance which has allowed the standards to suffer, but the food definitely does not measure up. If you’ve never experienced it before, I guess you’ll think it’s OK — but I was terribly disappointed. Cold fries, a burger that was assembled in such a slap-dash manner that the burger barely met the bun, and staff that couldn’t be bothered to notice or fix either. Perhaps In-N-Out or Five Guys should stay out there and Whataburger should stay here and not try to «go national». There is such a thing as over-extending oneself.

One of my favorite locations in the area. I had to limit myself from the frequent lunch visits for animal style fries because it was getting a little out of hand. If you get regular fries I recommend salt/pepper/ketchup because they’re usually bland. Sometimes I’ll get a single combo with grilled onions, or regular fries to dip in a strawberry shake. Not that I necessarily recommend their shakes, they get warm really fast. Never known a milkshake to do that anywhere else. But you really can’t go wrong with their animal style fries. Fries, cheese, grilled onions, 1000 island sauce… don’t knock it till you try it!

I love what this company stands for. Fresh food. Quality ingredients. Friendly service. The menu is simple and if you can customize your meals. Some items are not listed on the menu but ask and they will help out. The selection is small to keep consistency high and ordering easy. Yes it may take 7 – 10 minutes to get your order, but it is MADETOORDER No heat lamps and NOTHING is frozen! They cut their own tomatoes, onions and lettuce. They have their own meat processing plants to distribute to their OWN stores. They even have their own bread baked specifically for them. Let’s see any other fast food place do that! The staff here is always friendly and if something is wrong, they will promptly correct it. It is a family owned-private company so the money they take in goes to staff, not paid out in royalties since it’s not a franchise. That means employees earn more! Get your butt over and taste the difference!!! How I order: Double-single animal style, light spread, extra grilled onions add chile peppers. side of fries. :)

The In-N-Out Burger arrival in Dallas was like a brand-new Christmas present. The anticipation was incredible. But did it live up to the hype? On the opening day, the Dallas media covered the excitement with the long lines that persisted for weeks(and months) given all of the expectations. But now, over a year since In-N-Out came to Dallas, there seems to be a steady interest but nothing spectacular. We stopped at this location off LBJ and found the drive-thru to be especially slow(but that could be a result of their freshly made burgers) and the food was just above average. That seems like a strange thing to say when, just 2 – 3 years ago, a portion of our trip to California was planned aroud a visit to In-N-Out Burger. The burgers are good; the fries are just as good. But is this really a destination restaurant anymore and has the hype of its arrival worn off in Dallas? I think so.

I’m not a fast food kinda gal, but this place floats my boat! After running errands near I-635& the Tollway, I swung by for a quick bite. The customer in front of me was taking forever to order. A staff member noticed this and immediately opened the second cashier for me — not bad service for a fast food place! I got the regular $ 2.00 burger(lactose intolerant so no cheese) and an order of fries. You get to add onions to the burger, which is great because it actually comes out to be a decently balanced meal: chewy toasty buns, a single beef patty, and plenty of fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and onions. The burger & fries aren’t as greasy as other fast food chains. The fries are decently crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. My total bill was less than $ 4, and I still had lots of fries to spare.
