It looks like an In-N-Out…but buyers beware. It is a far cry from the real deal. If I could give 0 stars… really, especially since Dallas is home to so many good burger places at various price points. My biggest complaint is the patties. At least when I went, it was seriously lacking flavor. Absent a good burger patty, it just tastes like your good old fashioned fast food burger joint. Nothing special, but does the job for a good price. That’s not a BAD thing per se, but it’s definitely not In-N-Out’s thing. Additionally, service was nice but a bit slow even though it wasn’t especially crowded.

I came for lunch on a weekday. The workers were very friendly and my food came out quickly. I tried animal style fries… a must if you like cheese and onions! I will definitely be back.

This was my first time to «in n’ out» and it wasn’t Bad at all. The menu has only 3 burgers, but the pricing was pretty surprising to me it was very cheap, so I was getting suspicious of the size or the quality of the burger… I got the Double-Double for $ 3.50 I got a lemonade and starting chatting with my friend until the burger arrived! I liked the burger very much, it was juicy and delicious! Also the service was friendly, helpful, and fast!

What can I say… it’s in and out burger and you can go wrong with animal style hamburger and fries, takes me back to sunny California days… same quality of meat and same setting Love it!!!

In-N-Out is good — I actually loved it when I was in Los Angeles. But I tried this place several times here, even ordering the burgers animal style, and then going to the nearby competitor Whataburgers several times — and I have to say Whataburgers was better, even if it’s just a bit better. I’d love to see what the Los Angelenos would say once Whataburgers make its way to California.

On biz trip to Dallas… and perked right up when I saw this place. The worst In N Out I’ve ever stepped foot in for dinner. Maybe it’s because I’m from California… but c’mon, the place is empty inside and it takes you more than 10 mins to get out a number 2 to an inside customer?!! At every In N Out I’ve ever been to there is a long snaking drive-through line plus jam PACKED tables plus a long inside line… and still they are faster than this place. I’m not sure what the problem is… maybe slow workers? Inefficiencies that do not exist at other locations? And to top it off… the burgers were actually below average… nothing like what I expect from this brand. Where did the fresh taste and textures go? I would have dismissed the long food waits if my double-double rocked. Fail! Is this what In N Out is becoming outside of its original market? The only reason I don’t give this place a 1 star is because the service is friendly.

Food: 4⁄5 Service: 5⁄5 Cleanliness: 4⁄5 Décor & Style: 3⁄5 I’ve eatin’ at the Dallas locations on multiple occasions and for some reason I do not feel it tastes the same as the West Coast locations. I grew up in California for 15 years, and lived in Vegas as an adult and have eaten at multiple IN-N-Out’s religiously. Currently living in Oklahoma and traveling to Dallas many times now. I am thinking it must be my mindset. Surely it can’t taste that different, right? I need to re-visit the West locations a few more times to compare but as of now I do not think it tastes as good as the Nevada/California locations. Nonetheless it still tastes amazing, just not California/Nevada amazing. Décor needs to be updated at all locations across the board.

In and out blubber. No change for a 100 dollar bill really! Over priced hype. Five guys all the way!

Waited 15min in the drive thru for a burger and some fries… I didn’t order the entire menu.

I should have gone next door to Subway. I didn’t realize when I got in line for the drive through that it wss going to wrap around the building and take 13 minutes to get through. For that time consumption I could have had a legit meal; definitely not the quick bite on my way home that I was expecting… I don’t know if having more than one drive through window open would have made a difference or not. But yeah, don’t understand the wait… they only serve one thing! This was NOT an in and out experience. That said, I gave them an extra star because I was ravenously hungry and the burger left me satisfied: protein style with onions and banana peppers. But I probably will choose something faster in the future if I’m looking for this type of food. This was really frustrating… even slower than Whataburger. Waze said I’d be home by 7:38 had I kept driving and I got my food at 7:44. I could have got Subway and gotten home in the time it took to get this burger!

This was my first time eating at an In-N-Out. I was with my family on Vacay when we all decided to eat here before driving back home to Shreveport, Louisiana. Let me just say, that I was not disappointed! The burgers were amazing and I could probably eat them for the rest of my life. They were the best fast food burgers I had ever tasted in my life. The prices were great, too! I ordered their double-double meal and it was much cheaper than McDonald’s DQP meal. I enjoyed the very basic, very simple menu. It reminded me of Raising Cane’s menu because of how simple it was. That’s probably why Cane’s excels at Chicken Fingers and In-N-Out excels at burgers!(And that probably helps keep their prices low.) I am sad however, there are no locations closer to me. The closest one to me is almost 3 hours away! I really hope that one opens up closer Shreveport, because I’ll even drive out a bit to Texas just to eat there. Now, when my family and I go on Vacation to Dallas, we usually go to Jack in the box because it’s something different than what Shreveport has to offer. We will defiantly go to In-N-Out from now on when we’re in the Dallas area!

In-N-Out is a west coast burger spot that has spread to the state of Texas. The menu consists of a one burger, three different ways: with double meat, with cheese or without cheese. The meals aren’t too pricey. Most locations keep lines but the wait isn’t bad or long at all. I love to get my fries and burger animal styled.

I’m from California, so to see a familiar sight is always helpful during a moving process. The magic of this place is the secret menu, and trust me there’s a lot more beyond the typical animal style burger or fries that everybody gets. Can’t really complain, it is quality food and it shows in the 5 –10 minute wait to get your food. Everything is made from scratch.

Sorry, I don’t get the hype. The burgers were just average… and no mayo? Really?! The cashier wasn’t very helpful. She couldn’t answer most of my questions and didn’t have any interest in finding out from anyone else.

I have no problem with the food or service here and have eaten here many times. I attempted to make a photo of two family members placing their order at the cash register, at another In & Out location, and was told I could not do that. I wrote to Customer Service and they confirmed that photos were not permitted where proprietary equipment«might be shown». I rechecked all my photos, including any taken at this In & Out Burger and did not find any of mine having been posted. I am rechecking other locations where I may have taken a photo to make certain they were never posted and are not on this site. During my last visit two families with children were taking a ton of photos, However I don’t see any posted on this site. Leave you camera in your vehicle if visiting an In & Out Burger

For a fast food restaurant, it isn’t too bad. I’m a big fan of Whataburger and it has that Whataburger feel to it. The burgers and especially the french fries have a home made type of taste, definitely not artificial. It’s not my go to place for burgers but whenever I drive past it, it’s always a place to try.

Ever since I had my second and first positive experience at In-N-Out in Vegas, I’ve been frequently this location about 2 – 3 times a month. The staff are always friendly and efficient. You won’t ever break the wallet or bank eating here. For under $ 9, you can feed two — 2 burgers, fries and drink. I always prefer the 3×2(3 patties, 2 cheese) and extra crispy fries. While animal style fries taste good, it’s not worth over double the cost($ 1.60 vs $ 3.60). There’s no protein, just grilled onions, cheese and special sauce. Whenever I’m craving for something that’s consistent, hits the spot and fits my macros, I go to In-N-Out.

We recently moved and were forced to change to another In and Out location. Sad day. BUT, this location is just as great. We always order a double-double with just ketchup and mustard and fries. I still need to try the animal style, but when you find something you like so much, it is hard to try something different! I love how polite the employees are. At each location they go above and beyond to ensure that we have an excellent experience. So glad that this company puts so much effort into customer service. It makes a huge difference. We’ll be back for our weekly burger date ;)
