IHOP

Food was ok hash brown’s were a little soggy and undercooked but everything else was good French toast was great…

Walked in and restaurant was half full. The other half of tables were un-​bussed. Had three different people ask about our drinks but then drinks came out with two cube of ice that melted in seconds. Finally got ice 5 minutes after I asked but not once did anyone come by later to fill our empty glasses. After we were finished the same tables remain in-​bussed This place needs a new manager bad.

Wow… I just waited over 7mins on hold for a total on my togo order after repeating my order several times to the lady. she asked me at less 3 times if I wanted bacon because it already came with 2 sausage, I stated no I would like sausage. she was not hearing me, we love Ihop and go alot in waco (they are great). this one will not get our money and I’m sure they don’t care. after reading the reviews I’m glad I Hung up. Oh one star is to much.

One star is way too much for this IHOP. The staff is incompetent gave me a pathetic lie to cover it up. Waited over 30 min for a to go order lying to me about a big party that any other restaurant can handle.
I will not spend my money to support these people in their jobs total losers

It seems like this place is always too busy for anyone to clean booths and tables. Tables are sticky and crumbs everywhere. We even saw a baby roach crawl across the table while we were eating. Gross. Never coming here again. IHOP is now in the same category as Waffle House.

There was something so stank about this place. It smelled of diaper when I walked in. yeah that makes you want to eat huh? My waitress was nice enough but everything seemed like it was going in slow motion in this place. I usually like iHOP but you couldn’t pay me to go back here.

I order to go all the time on a busy weekend morning, and I just adore the hosts here, they’re so helpful and very welcoming. By far the best ihop hosts I’ve ever dealt with. I always get the breakfast sampler because it has a little bit of everything! Yum! Anyways the best ihop I’ve been to so far (:

They all stay in the kitchen hiding restrooms are nasty service poor taste & quality of the food has dropped tremendously

Made the mistake of coming Sunday morning. I’ve been here during a weekday even at that the service is pretty bad. I took the chance today and said Hey hopefully today we will have decent service. Nope, I was not pleased. We have a 30 minute wait and when we finally got seated it took another 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us and ask for our drinks. At that time we were already ready to order our meal. We did. Afterwards there was another 30 – 40 minute wait for our food. (Keep in mind out waitress repeated exactly what we wanted) When we finally did everyone’s order was wrong and we were way too hungry to ask if they can take it back and get exactly what we ordered. During our meal we never got refills until we were nearly done. I understand it’s Sunday and they are busy but they should be a little more organized with everything. Needless to say the food was quite alright but the service was once again not so great. Sighh.

The pancakes are very good service is above average for a quick breakfast. The coffee not so hot tasted like it was strange through maybe a well-​worn sock. The one really nice thing they did was accommodate my request with regards to substitutions in the past I’ve been a little more picky and they have not overcharged me it were very accommodating and very positive.

I was here before it was maintained and upgrAded! And it was ok! Since they upgraded the restaurant and all servers are changed. They are so horrible!!! Rude and bad service ever!!! I don’t know who is in charge the restaurant now but it is going downhill!!! I come here to eat because it is 2 mins away from my apartment. But I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!

I went here yesterday with my cousin for a late night desert, service was perfect and our order came out quick

This place is terrible! Horrible service, everything is dirty, the servers look like they hate their jobs. I have been here twice and both times have been disasters, my food both times was not what I ordered. The first time we went here our waiter disappeared and never came back. Later we found out he left halfway thru his shift. He was on the phone outside. Tonight we went and it took forever to get our food again. Also our cups were dirty, there was something on the inside of my glass stuck on the side of it! Terrible.

Two friends and I stopped in for a bite when the restaurant was mostly empty around dinnertime. I ordered a hot chocolate and was served half a mug of cocoa with whipped cream piled on top of the other half.
My food was served 7 – 8 minutes before one friend’s, which was served another 7 – 8 minutes before the other’s SALAD, so we spent a lot of time watching one another eat. I had ordered toast but spent so long waiting for it that my over-​easy eggs went cold – yick.
When we finished eating, our waitress was nowhere in sight, so we wandered to the front to pay on the way out and stood around a while longer waiting on her. One of my party walked back to poke his head in the kitchen and then finally found her.
Very disappointing, and I’m typically an IHOP fan. I would avoid this location if at all possible.

My husband (then-​boyfriend), sister, and I stopped here late at night having driven all around Dallas (and Texas!) in a storm. We mostly just needed somewhere to get out of the rain, but we happened to be hungry so this worked out. It was about 1 or 2 in the morning, but this place was packed! People were actually waiting to get in.
The service was good, though I can’t remember the name of our server or what everyone ordered. I’d stop in again if we are in the area.
