Customer service or the lack thereof ruined what would have otherwise been a great experience. I will never return to the store and if this is any indication as to how the company is run I will not buy online either. I had such high hopes once I realized there was a HB in Dallas, but my hopes were dashed after trying to make a simple purchase. I have never dealt with more incompetence than I have with this HB location. I am not being mean, nor do I seek to berate anyone; however, they can’t seem to get me the information regarding my order or the appropriate tracking number when it’s a within state order. There is a reason why I shop with LV, Dior, and Chanel… You don’t have to deal with being mistreated. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. When the bag arrives in returning it. I no longer want a HB bag.

Henri Bendel is such an iconic brand. Although they are building their own brand they already have their air of class with the recognition of their New York Flagship. I love the leather they use for their handbags. The Jetsetter Backpack is so cool with the straps changing to a cross body. The new two tone colour in the backpack are amazing. My favorite style of the handbags is still my Caryle Barrel Satchel.

Just a head up. this place is NOTHING like their flagship store. It’s more of boutique that sells its proprietary stuff like their jewelry and hand bags. The girls are super helpful here and helped me pick out the most perfect date night purse.
Just a tip: Don’t give them your main e-​mail. They will spam the crap out of you. I learned it the hard way :(

I’ve always heard about Henri Bendel, but never got to go into a store, and how rare is it to find it in Dallas, Texas. Love this store! I’m not an accessories girl, but I found a couple of everyday, quality, and classy jewelry, so I just had to buy a necklace. The workers are so friendly here. A must for a girl visiting Northpark Mall!

This is the only Henri Bendel store in Texas.
The focus is mostly accessories like purses, wallets, key chains, candles, perfume, and hair accessories like sparkle headbands.
I really like Bendel’s stuff because it is quality and classy. His stuff will last for decades. My mother had a train case she bought back in the 70’s that she still has. This is the perfect store to pick up a nice gift for your friend, mom, aunt, female co-​worker, ect. The most popular item is the sparkle lipstick key chain, which used to just be issued as a Christmas ornament that would always sell out. Really great store that you must check out when shopping at North Park.

I was excited to hear that there was a Bendels in Texas, but upon arrival I was a bit disappointed. Not a bad place to go to if you’re looking for all the extremely cute accessories that Bendels sells, but I guess I was expecting it to be more like their flagship store in New York. Where are all the cute designer purses and sunglasses? What about the makeup? All that’s here are Henri Bendel purses, wallets, jewelry rolls, scarves, etc. Definitely some cute stuff that not a lot of people own.
