I am actually impressed. I left a review last time saying «how do you rate GameStop?»… Well, I walked in today and was greeted by a friendly worker. He started a conversation with me and basically gave me a run down of every good game that’s out right now. He was very honest and didn’t try to push anything on me. He actually told me I should wait and come back in a couple weeks when Batman comes out. I can appreciate somebody that isn’t pushing you to spend all of your money at that moment. A+++ GameStop !!

Terrible customer service. My son wanted to buy a video game that was a new release. All the ones on the rack had a sticker for $ 39.99. There were at least 8 copies. We get up to the cashier and she rings it up at $ 59.99. I ask her about it and she said it was on sale earlier but not anymore. I told her someone might want to change the stickers because it’s very deceptive. She said yeah. She never offered to sell it at the sticker price and since my son had a lot of gift cards from Christmas we went ahead and bought it but now that I think about it we’ll be taking it back just based on principle.

Not only is this store is in the best mall in Dallas, but it also a really great store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store itself has a great selection and it is quite large. I always have fun going in here.
