Nice store for rings. It is pleasant experience shopping with them. The lady is very patient and professional. Highly recommended!

I really don’t know how to review this shop, so I’d say to disregard my star rating entirely. My fiancé and I visited Harry Winston to view engagement rings as HW obviously has a reputation for amazing jewelry. This was the 4th or 5th jewelry store we’d visited and we had previously been unable to find pear shaped diamonds set to look at, and that’s what I had my heart set on. We assumed HW would have larger than 1ct pear diamonds available to view and try on, a correct assumption(although they did only have a single one in store) The selection is a bit limited, they only offer a very limited number of styles. Those that they do offer, are quite classic and beautifully crafted. This was the first and only jewelry store that carried rings with such delicate pointy claw prongs, a ‘must’ on my list. There’s nothing worse than seeing a diamond with awful chunky poorly crafted prongs, so I do have to give HW some credit for their workmanship. I was in luck and the store did have a pear(1.5 or 2 ct I believe it was) for me to try on. It was simple, the classic pear with a single baguette on either side. Once on my finger… well…I was underwhelmed. And the price? Well I certainly thought they were kidding. Don’t get me wrong, I’m well aware that there’s a brand name sticker price you’re paying for here… but to put things simply… they’re trying to sell $ 25,000 rings for $ 175,000. I’m not kidding… the simple 3 stone ring I had in mind(and had priced out at other places for well under 25 – 30) was 175. I couldn’t even imagine. Now part of the premium is that HW will only deal with D E and F color diamonds and FL to VS2 clarity. Ex/Ex/Ex cut polish symmetry only. So right there, you’ve inflated your tag quite a bit by not considering colors like G or H… all for the ability to say«it’s a Harry Winston». The service was exceptional. We spoke with a Donald Dykes and he is the epitome of customer service. He wasn’t pushy and seemed genuinely interested in creating the perfect ring for me. Ultimately it was an easy decision, we’re not about the brand names. You can get far more for your money and similar craftsmanship elsewhere. Now don’t get me wrong, you’re going to have to search pretty thoroughly to find that level of quality, but nobody cares who made your ring in the end… unless you’re a Kardashian. Given the listings I’d seen on ebay(which I now believe to mostly be fake) I hadn’t expected the name to cost quite that much… but I was mistaken. They had at least one reserved parking spot which was helpful, given that this is an extremely crowded shopping center.

Absolutely the most beautiful, high quality diamonds around. I bought a necklace from here years ago; I still get hand written notes with the Winston collection magazine from the woman who sold it to me. They are on top of their customer service. The only issue with Winston is the cost of a HW diamond is almost ludicrous. If you have the money to spend: spend away!
